Mountainer alone behind the field

Post by BMG-Allstars » Mon May 17, 2010 11:28 am

At todays morning giro (Stage 10) I was off for a while (15 minutes or so) and as i came back i was told (did'nt recognise it first) that my young mountainer Joris vanHout was alone behind the field, about 12 minutes behind. I had to let a helper fall to save him against elimination, but he lost more than 30 minutes in the gk, also both are now far less reg.
Can there be done something? I'm sure I did not check the "Let fall" casket, cause i was clear in my mind. It is a shame to have the second best GK driver of the team chanceless now, will also cost a lot of money at the end.

Yesterday at the 20h Giro a maybe similar weird thing happened. At the famous km 87 a group of around 10 riders immediately was ~30 seconds in front of the main field, although no one has attacked. At first I thought it ws just a display error caused by actualizing while the km calculation was not completely finished. But it stayed same after actualizing once more. And everybody confirmed the same view in the race chat.

Give him the time of the peloton. Ans his energy. That's really not cool for BMG this weird thing.
Grats for fighting with the helper BMG :D

Full energy and the time of the peloton. Should be actualize in the view when the race starts. Sorry for the problems.

And again a split in the field at km 87...
This time it was ~1/3 of the field 13 seconds behind the peloton

Could you solve this problem by yourself?

The gap between the two groups was 13 seconds I think and the 2nd group did tempo to close the gap. The first group was waiting. We "had" to solve the problem by ourselves.
