No race point for short race win

Have 6 race points left from my licence, but didn't get a race point for a short race win.
In case that's not a bug: I feel paying accounts should be treated the same way as non-paying and receive a race point for a win too.

1 day = 1 race = 1 day is equal to 1 racepoint

McDonald = food, KFC = food, but McDonald isn't equal KFC

It is the same thing for racepoints and days
