I happens quite often that on the list of riders to pick, the rider I want to vote for is not around. Today too, I wanted to vote for Luis Scola in the 19h Vuelta stage today, but I can't pick him.

You can only choose rider which have not a jersey.

Yes but personally I dont understand this rule... It happens quite often that the most offensive rider takes a jersey !

So this is not a bug. I think this is worth reconsidering. Especially for cases like this one. What is this rule based on? I understand why you can't pick your own riders, but I don't understand this one.
