So... My point is...
The actual policy is to have an average amount of 35 races per day. which gives less group 2 races. So, every race has 1-5 very strong teams vs a lot of newcomers, who can only sit and watch. This doesn't seem to be a great idea...
So, we want to make special races for lower div's. Ok, cool, why not.
BUT another (or a complementary) easy solution would be: decrease the amount of daily races, have more second group races, and they are also happy. Too many parallel "fantasy" or almost fantasy tours + many editions of all the races and tours. Maybe it's simply too much!
On the one hand, it "diluates" the difficulty of the challenge in each group, but on the other hand also it makes it harder for small teams to achieve results! Which I'm guessing is exactly the opposite of the goal of this policy !

My recommandation: Fine OL.
+ Don't give too much editions of each race. Sounds pretty easy actually... I can't really tell you something more decisive than this. Let's see if someone else has thoughts about this.

Tomorrow only 4 race, and not an evening race(22 to 24)...not very nice for many worker.

One day race, must strew in the whole day, morning to late evening, to give all any chance to play, minimal 4 is to low, 5 would be better(split race for div.6/7 ist not included, while is at the same time of other race, and in any case, not for all players)

11/18/22 HC race

are 2 different art of race, then must everybody have the chance to play everytimes
minimal should be 4 times for every race, 1 at morning(8-11) , one at afternoon (12-16), one at early evening (17-21), and one at late evening (22-24)
you want more players, but you give no chance to play...in moment too much Tour, and not everybody can/would tour ride, and a very dumb onedayrace offers...

second, in game Tour are too important for the classment, but this is another topic
