OG and WC

I think that Olympic games and world championship are very important, but are a problem in a one monat season 
my idea was:
why not change the calender and split WC in 2 sunday
example :
first sunday in month at 11 o´clock have ITT U23, and at 13 o´clock route U23
at 16 hours can start the normal race program for normal team(example race at 16, 19, 21 and 23 hours)
at second sunday in month same program with elite national team at 11 and 13 o´clock, and after the normale race for all...
and with the same system can ride the Olympic games...
in real life wc are every year, and 1 year is in RSF one month!
maybe can let ride the wm one time on 2 months
