Handzame Classic 17th march

Post by kielgy » Wed Mar 16, 2011 9:00 pm

Is it really necessary to ride 30 km with one minute/ km ??

I think, the last 5 km would be enough.....

crybaby go home...

even 30 KM is too less...damn spoiled guys...some time ago it was said, the min-tact should be roundabout 50 KM, how often we have 50km? every 10,20 races?

And it very depends on the profile i would say... and tomorrow i don t see any suspense during the last 80 km... except a group went far away... but still not 30km one minute/ km necessary (in my opinion)!

of course crying...it's a bunch of 8-10 guys who are crying every single race "wääääh it's too long, wääh wääh"...

okay if you are not one of the 8-10 it's okay to mention it...but only one time...second time and your are a cryer...

km-length shouldn't depend on the profile...it's not about reacting or changing riders...it's about going smoking, to toilett or in the kitchen for 3,4 minutes, without loosing 8 km at once...

for chasers in the peloton the min-tact is pure holiday

what for?
its okay for races like msr to have an early mintact
but sausageraces like this? just a waste of time

if you want more min-tact, you could think about having min-tact on all kms with >3+ or something like this
but such principle-mintact completely crap! no sense, not more (maybe less) fun at all

and no argument to say "some years ago, there were mintact all the time.."
there were good reasons to change it seems..

The only reason (a good one!) was that this way the races could have their original distance. And i like these 30 km minute tact too. Even 50 would be okay for me. And there are several users who have no problem with it. So the discussion will go on and on and on. I have a solution for you: Create the races by your own, then we are the ones who can start crying. ;)
sprint victories:
2007: 33 (30 since buying licence in april)
2008: 54
2009: 36
2010: 47
2011: 34
