Hello,

pls find the draft to the offseason calendar 2026/27 here:
Offseason2026_v2.png
Offseason Classics discussion will be done here: viewtopic.php?f=37&t=5342
Thanks for the draft WZF, that looks nice imo. Only thing I'd like to ask/suggest is some 6 day tour instead of the 4-5? f.e. during andes and december tour or even also on other spots..

I really liked the Lippe Tour during July that was only for div 6. I think 6 day tours allow more flexibility in stages and profiles - making the tour more interesting than Lybia is for example. I would also be willing to design if needed.

Thanks for the feedback. Please propose a specific 6 days tour and I will check to place it.

Offseason calendar 2026/27 - v2

You can find the update version of the offseason calendar here. For the October races I already set the races as they are found in the final pdf.

Changelog:
- Tour of Libya was fixed for the stage race spot (21.10.-24.10., Dreizehn, Gip)
- Fantasy Stage Race start was moved from 30.11. to 1.12. to avoid over the month stage race (Tukh)
- Offseason classic spot from 29.11. (Sun) moved to 30.11. (Mon) to reduce weekend classics (RKL)
- Offseason classic spot from 15.11. (Sun) moved to 23.11. (Mon) (RKL, WZF), 24.11 > 25.11, 26.11 >27.11
- Fantasy Stage Race spot parallel to Andes is open for discussion, it can be a 6 days tour as well but my lookup didnt find any candidate, I would prefer a sprinter friendly tour there.

Tours that I found:

- East Java Tour (3 days, 4 stages)
- Tour of Amhara (5 days, Link)
- Nafusa Mountains Tour (5 days, Link)
- Caracas Winter Tour (4 days)
- Nagasaki (3 days, Link)
- Tour of Taiwan (5 days, ITT, Link)
- Twin Peaks (4 days, ITT, Link)

Most others that I found look like December tour drafts.

Just brielfy looking at the offseason calendar: Would an additional stage race at the end of November make sense? Or is it intended that more teams ride the offseason classics in that time period? On the other hand we have 4 small tours in December. I would suggest we have one more at the end of November and one less in December. But if it stays like it is, the offseason calendar looks good too. I am just nitpicking ;)
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

Tour of Taiwan is a 4 days/5 stages tour. I changed the names to make it clearer. If possible it would be very nice to ride this tour in the first november, last december or January spot, because I would like to ride it myself and I am on vacation in between ;)

Yes, thats one interesting looking tour, would greatly appreciate it being included somewhere it makes sense.

also +1 for the Nagasaki Tour.

I would be up for designing a small tour too. Could focus on Sprints and low hills (inspired by Tour de Wallonie from June), these very open tours for GC are quite fun, even a sprinter could win it etc.(4-5 stages)

Taiwan Tour is quite interesting, I made a suggestion here viewtopic.php?f=14&t=10562&p=130497#p130497, would be interested in your thoughts.

I would be against first november spot, because then we have 2 ITT tours behind another with Lybia.
