Why don't we try the women's tours?
There are some nice ones, and the dates should be available. There are some very nice all-round tours, usually lasting 4-7 days.
Perhaps an option for the off-season.

I thought the same with the women's TDF. Could be nice to ride it. Short stages, 9 days, quite cool

Although I really like the attention the women's World Tour Races get theses days, I don't know if it is a good idea to implement them in the game in the usual calendar. The discussion is pretty old and some teams really love to give their riders female names, but: The game simulates the male UCI races (resp. race calendar). That's one of the core things about the game. So riding the Women's races with our current teams would be kind of fantasy races but actually not fantasy races... I don't like that idea, but that's my personal view. And I think the male race calendar offers enough opportunities for everybody to enjoy the game.

What could be fun, but also a lot of work: Implement women's teams that ride the women's World Tour races. But I think that's a real long shot. Lots of other things to do for our developpers that do it in their free time. Until then I am against riding women's races in the current system. Let players give their riders female names if they want, I mean it's 2025, if you want you (male) rider (or more divers: rider that is allowed to ride the men's races) be called Kamile or Alessandra, so be it (but don't integrate it in any name generator! hihi).

Totally agree with FL on this topic. What could be interessting in the long run is indeed a female "section" as an additional element of the game (as was the Bahnradrennen/track cycling earlier), but seperated from the money/points system of the main team. I wouldn't like to have a seperate transfer market or something, but a whole different approach on how to select riders for a race, maybe you can chose from a pool of riders given some constraints, for each race/month/whatever. Maybe someone has a more creative idea. Maybe it is a way to test new elements of the race engine before rolling it out. But thats a technical question

That's what the Donkey has been saying for years. From completely new starting values to a different race engine, could be nice to try stuff there.
