A conundrum though: Most stage wins ever with 0 stage wins is funny because all his wins were in one day races, with an average of 3.6 opponents only. Granted free team simply prefers one day races over stage races so no problem.
So in comparison, previous record holder Billourd for example won 7 Tour de France stages and scored roughly double the c4f points (13,122 vs 6,702) because his race wins were at higher category and vs more opponents on average.
