Contenders :

Fran Peterlin (Team FL) : 2nd in LBL, 3rd in RVV and San Sebastian, 3rd in the Giro + green and 3 stages, winner of Romandie + green.

Dylan Gamache (Chartreuse Monks) : Milan San Remo winner, Amstel winner.

Josip Broz (rexon) : 2nd in Montreal, Amstel, E3, RVV and Milan San Remo, winner of Omloop Het Nieuwsblad.

Diego Reyes (Lorient) : San Sebastian winner, Vuelta winner + green jersey (!), 5 GT stages.
