The answer is clearly no. The answer was given by the united assholes of RSF in the past years, when they ignored the vote, except to sometimes promote their own riders.

Agree with Roby, i think people are just not motivated to vote or to look other guys; a great % will simply promote his riders.

It may have sense if it is thought in another way.

P.S. To be clear, I don't dislike the idea in itself, just i dislike the use that players made of it
