One idea, against the stupid habits change riders every day and make fun races for everyone.
I think that div. 6 should be dismissed as amateur.
Until arriving in div. 5, teams of div. 6 which includes new riders have to wait a day to put on the track (also the first race)!
In this way we can partially avoid, which are 30 minutes before the race, build customized teams for each competition, distort the trend.
I do not think that most cycling teams' small, are all funded by Abramovich!
