Nero Faye Flach: -1
Nero Faye Sprint: -1
Aditya Mirchandani Berg: -1
Benjamin Hutracht Sprint: +1
Christian Brackhammer Abfahrt: -1
Danil Vassilyev Flach: +1
MinJun Kim Flach: +1
MinJun Kim Abfahrt: +1
Instead of training sprint two times with 2% Hutracht could also take the 5% mountain - but okay. Faye again losing flat, Mirchandani not. Of the young guns, Kalinichenko didn't train.

All in all not a good training.

Heuser keeps mountain and flat, Fall keeps flat -> good
Ohm with a late mountain training 65-82-73 now
Prachar taking sprint, mountain or even flat would have been better, but I take what I get
Iwachnenko now starts to train double, great but a bit late
Avogadro one flat away from his goal: 50-79-81
Rest takes 100%
Chau missing his first mountain :?

Sushila Maharjan Flach: +1
Witi Ihimaera Sprint: +1
Pakal Ixpiyacoc Berg: +1
Pakal Ixpiyacoc Flach: +1

Simone, Sushila and Witi unlucky with their second skills. At least Pakal and Luiz as expected.
DuyLinh and Abderrahmane skipped the complete training again. Abderrahmane trained the last time end of January.
Steve, Cassandre and Pratima were allowed to skip thisntime as they performed very well over the kast few weeks.

Lekubarri 74-76 now, excellent!
Verkerk+Blake normal, Magritte too.

Gotxon makes it very good

Lucien Trutat Zeit: -1
Leonardo Ceroni Flach: +1
Edwin Verkerk Sprint: +1
Callum Blake Flach: +1
Matisse Magritte Berg: +1
Matisse Magritte Flach: +1
Short at 38 -5
Bradman at 37 -2, good one this time.
Drinkwater -1, flat
Huizinga -2 TT and sprint, both 36.
Carpinteiro -3, loses mountain, keeps flat. 61-83, still good
Gamboa loses mountain.

+
Lekubarri now 75-76! The flatless wonder!
Trutat loses TT, rather positive.
Ceroni flat, 78 now
Verkerk 66 sprint, good.
Blake flat, still low, but it's a long term plan for him...
Magritte mountain flat, see Blake.

Lekubarri makes it excellent. And with that he's sure to go to the Giro with Rossi.
Miss Vanuytsel a bit, he doesn't want more mountain... But Lekubarri alone is enough so..

Training 20.4.2023:
Sherzod Kholmatov Berg: +1
Sherzod Kholmatov Flach: +1
Nikita Tatarinov Flach: +1
Vladimir Bogaciuc Berg: +1
Oybek Sariboev Berg: +1
Oybek Sariboev Flach: +1
Atanas Peshov Flach: +1
Sariboev finally double again. Maybe he won't become useless in flat. Kholmatov double also very nice. Pretty much reached his target for mountain now. Peshov missing mountain not ideal, but doesn't hurt too much. Bogaciuc mountain and Tatarinov flat as a bonus, but would have preferred it the other way around.

Very bad training, Heuser losing mountain and flat, No Prachar, No Chau, just Iwachnenko kind of catch up all the missed trainings with 23-24. Looks like Chau wants to remain the Tesla helper and Volta will be sold after the Romandie.

Fiorino Forte Berg: +1
Przemyslaw Pszczolarski Abfahrt: +1
Gilberto Godoy Flach: +1

Not much going on, unfortuantely. PrzPszcz does some training for once, but downhill? Grmpf. Forte still applies to be considered for the Giro while Godoy and Hässig do their flat thing.

Absolutely ridiculous. 6 trainings expected, got 10, no downtraining at all. Kravchenko 70 mountain now is awesome, Sariboev double training finally makes him okayish in flat. Only slightly negative thing is Kholmatov not taking 47% mountain, but can't have it all

Alessandro Volta Zeit: +1
Johann Loschmidt Flach: +1
Carlo Avogadro Flach: +1
NgôBao Châu Berg: +1
James Watt Flach: +1
Michael Faraday Berg: +1
Michael Faraday Flach: +1
So lets give a monthly overview:

Faraday, 21: +4/+4, very nice, close to 100% for each training, but still important to take: 53-74 (74,6 pave)
Watt, 22: +4 flat, no risk take, close to 100% here: 49-81-76 with 66 sprint
Chau, 23: +2 mountain, underperforming a bit: 83-53-76
Avogadro, 24: +2 flat, finally reaching 80 flat, 50-80-81
Iwachnenko, 25: +2/+1/-1, good training but a bit of a wonder bag, 61-59-64 with 86 sprint
Prachar, 26: -1 TT, +1 sprint, 1-2 mountain more would be wonderfull, 72-77-74 with 65 sprint
Fahrenheit, 27: -, 61-83 with 80 pave and potentially a guy to be sold
Loschmidt, 28: +1 flat, 52-81-78 now, the 2 reg helpers are very good now
Volta, 28: +1 TT, 86-56-77 with 59 TT now, he really desperately tries to convince the manager to take part of the Giro

Rest not spectacular, Heuser 71-76-77 now with end of 35, a bit too much downtraining especially for flat
Fall still very good with 87 flat and 64 sprint

Oldies good:
Short -2 at 38, Bradman -2 at 37

Half oldies less convincing

-2 each for Carpinteiro, Gamboa and Pecci too, 33-35. The flat team becomes even less convincing.

+

Trutat 73-76 excellent
Ceroni 79 flat, getting there.
Verkerk 67 sprint
Blake and Magritte continue their slow development to the pavé season 24.

With Trutat's training of course I'm satisfied.

Ok, this one hurt the Gael.

Paz stopped Training...not good. Eamara no flat also not good... none of my classics seem to like flat.

Other than that pretty good. Ganna likes flat much more than mountain it seems.

Wicki pretty ridiculous double training.

Positiv surprise, Celsius reaching 70-85 at 32. Chau taking first mountain training with 3x% -> 84 before start of the Giro, Watt taking first training with 6x%, hope for 3 more. Faraday taking main flat, but refusing 50% mountain.
