Hello evrybody! I would like to ask something, I bought a new young rider with 53-73-71-48-46 skills, reg 53, and I would like to know wich could be an optional way in the training for him? What do you think, could he become to a classic rider or better if I develop him as a flat helper? I am new in the young rider developing industry so I need some help!
But you can also try to make something like a 71/81/71 out of him.
A 60/80 like suggested is more a helper, don't know, if you need that or a rider to have little chances in classics.
Of course he won't become a superstar with 46 sprint, but he has a chance to reach around 72 mountain.

Training 27.11.2020:
Andreas Nägele Berg: -1
Andreas Nägele Flach: -1
Andreas Nägele Zeit: -1
Andreas Nägele Sprint: -1
Ticio Bogarin Berg: -1
Ticio Bogarin Abfahrt: -1
Ticio Bogarin Zeit: -1
Ticio Bogarin Sprint: -1
Orhan Hikmet Berg: -1
Javier Larios Sprint: -1
Habib Belhassen Zeit: -1
Felix Krankl Abfahrt: -1
Fabian Messerli Flach: +1
Tim Eiffel Flach: +1
Vasco Teixeira Flach: +1
Joan Coderch Berg: +1
Joan Coderch Flach: +1
Mikhail Stakhanov Flach: +1
Johann Löffel Berg: +1
Johann Löffel Sprint: +1
Nägele 4 at 37 he becomes even less useful now, but no real change, he already was useless for a few weeks.
Bogarin 4 at 36, Bogarin really wants to retire soon it seems. Don't think we'll allow it.
Hikmet - mountain
Larios - sprint, irrelevant, and unlike Bogarin he will retire very soon.
Habib at 34 - TT
Krankl at 33 - downhill.

+
Messerli flat, that's what he's training, perfect.
Eiffel flat again... he's only covering it, but +2 in the last 2 weeks... ok, but mountain would be so much nicer! Or TT...
Teixeira flat, nice, now at 81 and he can go back to training mountain. 56-81
Coderch the double again finally, first one at 22, 64-76, his flat weakness will always be there at this point, but 76 already better than 75
Stakhanov flat, 79 now
Löffel the automatic double, 54-69 with 70 sprint now.

No Apicella, but 3/4 at 23 is good anyway.
Eiffel 0 mountain at 25 not ideal, but at least still training.
Good Teixeira this month 3/4 flat at 23
Some Trewlove or Lanz would have been nice in this last training, but ok, we'll take it.

Training 27.11.2020:
Michel Loève Berg: +1
Warren McCulloch Berg: +1
Alexandros Karatzoglou Flach: +1
Arthur Rinderknech Berg: +1
Arthur Rinderknech Flach: +1
Warren now 72 mountain at age 30, got him at 66 at age 27, wonderful!
Loeve an extra mountain is ok, Flat would be more helpfull, but ok
Karatzoglou misses 76% mountain and takes ~92% flat (+6 mountain, +4flat, +4 sprint after 2 seasons is not that bad)
Schöning missing his first flat at high percentage not covering anything else (+2 mountain, +7 flat)
Rinderknech perfect so far (+4 mountain, +4 flat)

Training 27.11.2020:
Davide Celestino Sprint: +1
Leevi Tivalainen Berg: +1
Toivo Tivalainen Flach: +1
Valentin Götzinger Abfahrt: +1
Fabian Steininger Flach: +1
Fabian Steininger Abfahrt: +1
Celestino is nice, Leevi is nice.
But this lazy clown Marcel Maier pisses me off. With end of 24 he has 86 sprint, took only one training this month and only two in the last two months. He will be released after the tour in India.

Training 27.11.2020:
Gautier Paulin Berg: -1
Gautier Paulin Sprint: -1
Adrien VanBeveren Berg: -1
Adrien VanBeveren Flach: -1
Adrien VanBeveren Abfahrt: -1
Emil Johansson Berg: +1
Wyn Masters Berg: +1
Otokar Kotrba Flach: +1
Something like a non-training...

Minus:
- Gautier and Adrien as expected but no problem since they retire soon

Plus:
- Emil mtn good 69-77 end of 24, started at 55-71. kind of ok but nothing special
- Wyn 100% - 80-59 now. This early miss in the 90s percentage hurts a lot, maybe he can solve this with 23
- Otokar just flat 100% and no 70% mtn. really bad since he missed mtn twice with 21. most likely i will stay with save flat training

Pause:
- unfortunately TKO stopped training, just +1 downhill in last 6 trainings. now he gets 27 and fat
- also others just do nothing... so waiting for surprises again now

Training 5.12.2020:
Andreas Nägele Berg: -1
Andreas Nägele Flach: -1
Andreas Nägele Sprint: -1
Ticio Bogarin Berg: -1
Ticio Bogarin Flach: -1
Ticio Bogarin Zeit: -1
Ticio Bogarin Sprint: -1
Orhan Hikmet Berg: -1
Orhan Hikmet Abfahrt: -1
Orhan Hikmet Sprint: -1
Habib Belhassen Berg: -1
Habib Belhassen Flach: -1
Habib Belhassen Zeit: -1
Felix Krankl Abfahrt: -1
Armand Brotcorne Zeit: -1
Armand Brotcorne Sprint: -1
Fabian Messerli Abfahrt: -1
Vasco Teixeira Abfahrt: -1
Michele Apicella Berg: +1
Joan Coderch Berg: +1
Johann Löffel Berg: +1
Johann Löffel Sprint: +1
Gorgonio Moretti Berg: +1
Gorgonio Moretti Flach: +1
Nägele 3 down, ok at 38 of course, good. But still irrelevant
Bogarin 4.... 61-73-75-50-77 to 57-67-72-45-67... -10 sprint in 17 trainings, really not how we hoped it would be. Rest is ok, but sprint, and while as usual it seems we didn't bother to change the training when it became downtraining.... his % are the lowest for sprint.
Hikmet keeps flat, good, still 83
Belhassen at 35 can lose, we hoped not flat and mountain at once, but ok.
Krankl only downhill, good, still useful.
Armand TT and sprint, no problem

+
We start with minus.
Messerli and Teixeira that aren't covering downhill, changed now, could leave it for Messerli, but since - is annoying we rather have less % in flat
Apicella: +1, now 85-55-72 at 24, good. Goal reached. The one for end of 24, now he has 3 chances to exceed that.
Coderch only mountain 98-11, no 96-11, we'll keep the risk, he really needs flat.
Löffel good double at 77-89 now, we'll keep it.
Moretti double, 100-98, now 96, even if flat is important for his pavé dreams, we'll take the 4% risk of him missing.

Apicella makes it a good training, the rest is not that exciting, Löffel good of course. But Apicella superb.

Training 5.12.2020:
Pol Tarres Zeit: -1
Pol Tarres Sprint: -1
ThomasKjer Olsen Flach: +1
Otokar Kotrba Flach: +1
Petri Pohjamo Berg: +1
Petri Pohjamo Flach: +1
Harry Everts Berg: +1
Harry Everts Flach: +1
Minus:
- Pol just unimportant skills
- no downtrainning for Hamish which is very positive

Plus:
- TKO trains again. very nice he takes flat for 52-86-80 now with 82,4 pave at 27
- Otokar 100 flat without any risk
- Petri and Harry both 100% trainings

Missing:
- Wyn misses 70% mtn. 7/9 trainings is very bad for a young climber. but whatever happens - he will stay.
- Emil no 33% is no surprise for my team
- no low percentage trainings except for TKO

Bottom Line:
- with Wyn missing again it's for sure a bad training. But also it's no surprise.

Jochen and Jonas both take 66% 82 Mountain now
Flurin to 46 Mountain
Levi the ecpected double to 57-73-67

Jacob Wolfowitz Berg: +1

Bad one, Alexandros skips both 92% mountain and 33% flat, Rinderknech skipping 45% flat. Schöning taking 63% flat is at least something

Celestino taking now flat after last time mountain, he is improving with 29 years, good.
Five flat-trainings are great, Pernsteiner now 85 with 24 years, good.

Ockers missed mountain, that's the bad point about this training. He needs to improve, if he wants to become a classic...

Marco deLuca Zeit: -1
Cristobal Yanez Berg: -1
Cristobal Yanez Zeit: -1
Alejandro Betancur Abfahrt: -1
Daniele Marcolli Flach: +1
Daniele Marcolli Abfahrt: +1
Luca deMarchi Berg: +1
Lukas Wallnöfer Flach: +1
Francisco Guerra Berg: +1
Francisco Guerra Sprint: +1

Not the best training I had.

deLuca keeps mountain but still he will leave the team so doesn't matter really.
Yanez down in mountain is worse. He is planned to stay much longer if possible.
My few young riders do what the have to do. deMarchi takes mountain, from now on it will be 100%. No risk anymore.
Wallnöfer flat, hope he can take at least mountain once this month.
Guerra starts his career with a double. Triple would have been nice.

Johann Löffel Berg: +1
Johann Löffel Sprint: +1
Gorgonio Moretti Berg: +1
Gorgonio Moretti Flach: +1
Hm....
Oldies:
Nägele -4
Bogarin as well -4, but keeps sprint.
Hikmet and Belhassen both -2, Belhassen mountain. bah.
Krankl 2, flat is not ideal
Brotcorne sprint

+
Messerli flat again, good, his main training. now 55-63 with 87
Eiffel flat again too.... ?? What is the guy trying to to? 83-63 now, he's only covering flat, mountain is what he should try to get...I think now +3 flat in the last 4 trainings? Impressive
Trewlove mountain, now 57, we would have preferred flat
Coderch mountain good, almost 100% so likely anyway
Löffel double with 22 56-69 with 72 sprint now,
MOretti the expected double

Some nice trainings, the Eiffel thing is nice, flat is nice too, but really mountain would make us so much happier.. or TT at least if he wants just something that is covered.

Alexandros Karatzoglou Berg: +1
Alexandros Karatzoglou Flach: +1
Uwe Schöning Flach: +1
Arthur Rinderknech Berg: +1
Jacob Wolfowitz Berg: +1
Jacob Wolfowitz Flach: +1
This time a nice one. Alexandros trains both mountain and flat after skipping both last time, so all good again, Arthur preferes not training flat, ok, Mountain his main goal. Uwe nice now with 83 our best flatrider, hope to become some 85 very soon. Jacob perfekt so far, important trainings still to come.

Long training.

Bad:
Yanez 4 downtrainings with 34. Second time in a row mountain. At least he kept flat. The most important one at this point.

Good:
No downtraining for deLuca. Still looks like he won't get any more races in his career but transfer market is in his favor so far.
Guerra with the triple training. He needs more of that.
The big plus of this training is Urrutia who now takes flat and is at 67-85 now. The perfect helper for our leader Betancur.

Training 12.12.2020:
Pol Tarres Abfahrt: -1
Pol Tarres Zeit: -1

Tyler Medaglia Flach: +1
Otokar Kotrba Flach: +1
Petri Pohjamo Berg: +1
Petri Pohjamo Flach: +1
Harry Everts Berg: +1
Harry Everts Flach: +1
Minus:
- Pol dh and tt is ok
- Joel tt down is nice because he dont need it anyway

Plus:
- Tyler flat is brilliant, now 60-89-79 with 84,5pave
- Otokar, Petri and Harry all with 99/100% trainings

Missing:
- Wyn misses 70% the second time in a row. after missing 96% in the beginning this is officially shit

Bottom Line:
- no minus for Hamish and flat for Tyler doesnt make it better that Wyn misses mtn again. bad training.

Johann Löffel Berg: +1
Johann Löffel Sprint: +1
Gorgonio Moretti Berg: +1
Gorgonio Moretti Flach: +1
Ok, this one isn't really good.

Nägele 4 down, ok
Bogarin 5, he's 37, not 39... I thought he would be useful until about now, he stopped being useful a while ago now, and keeps making his point.
Hikmet -2, flat not good, butok
Belhassen, Krankl -1, but not important stuff.
Messerli time which is ok.

+
Coderch mountain 67 now, good since he wasn't at 100%, looking for that additional flat, but will stop for the next training.
Löffel, good, neither at 100%, 75-83 the percentages. 57-73 mountain sprint, good.
Moretti double too, 21 so expected somehow, even if flat is not at 100

But that's all? Not even 23 year old Stakhanov with his 73%?

Emil Johansson Flach: +1
Wyn Masters Berg: +1
Otokar Kotrba Flach: +1
Petri Pohjamo Berg: +1
Petri Pohjamo Flach: +1
Harry Everts Berg: +1
Harry Everts Flach: +1
Minus:
- Blake just dh is fine
- no downtraining for Hamish and Pol, that's nice

Plus:
- Emil flat is very good, percentage around 5% - so surprise training
- Wyn takes 70%, wow, that's a surprise, now 66% to get to 82mtn??
- Otokar 100%
- Petri and Harry double training. A little risk with 96% but now with 93% I am too scared... so 70/100

Missing:
- Emil could have done some mtn training, 33%, but he took flat training...
- no more high % so nothing really missing

Bottom Line:
- ok training because of Wyn and Hamish

What a nice training!
Scinto and Ockers trained mountain after their strong mountain-rides yesterday - think they want more now.
Especially Ockers very important, hope he reaches 72/82 soon.
Also Pernsteiner takes mountain, even if the plan was flat.

Krog and Hofbauer with their double-training, that's good.

Joan Coderch Berg: +1

Gorgonio Moretti Berg: +1

Nägele -4
Ticio tries to play the good guy and only -2, nothing important, forget it, you'll never be leader again.
Hikmet -2 keeps flat, good
Habib -2 keeps mountain and flat, good
Krankl -1, TT, good.

+
Lanz flat, now 86 flat 83,9 pavé!
Eiffel double, mountain and flat. 84-64 now. Fantastic training. HIs flat training is out of this world anyway, he's only covering it and +2 this month...
Vasco mountain, changed training, now mountain the main one, good start. 57-81
Apicella downhill. so finishes the month at 85-55-73. +3 at 23, +1 at 24 in mountain, so in the end he's just average in training after this month. But we'll take it.
Coderch mountain, now 68-76-78, the lack of flat is a concern, but ok, let's hope he keeps going in the mountain next month.
Löffel sprint, no double this time, 75-81 the percentages now, but that's ok. 57-74 mountain-sprint now.
Moretti double, 56-76 now. Next month focus flat.

With Lanz and Eiffel of course a superb training.

Training 27.12.2020:
Boas Bergsteinsson Berg: -1
Boas Bergsteinsson Flach: -1
Boas Bergsteinsson Abfahrt: -1
Boas Bergsteinsson Zeit: -1
Boas Bergsteinsson Sprint: -1
Joost Zevenbergen Berg: +1
Matthieu Majerus Flach: +1
Vojtech Varga Flach: +1
Willem DeWit Berg: +1
Paul Poudrier Berg: +1
Paul Poudrier Flach: +1
Kapusta gone and suddenly training is back to normal or even positive! So DeWit took 2/4 mountain trainings at 23. Not overwhelming but acceptable training for him.

The 25-year-old guys Zevenbergen mountain (now 68-78) and Majerus flat (no 59-83) feels too little too late for them but we'll see... maybe they can keep going next month.

Training 27.12.2020:
Noah Harrison Flach: +1
Emir Bajramovic Berg: +1
Andreas Kreutzer Flach: +1
Alexandros Karatzoglou Berg: +1
Uwe Schöning Flach: +1
Arthur Rinderknech Berg: +1
Arthur Rinderknech Flach: +1
Jacob Wolfowitz Berg: +1
Some nice extras like Noah 62-81 now, pretty good but too old now anyway, Emir and Kreutzer ok, not really needed but ok.

Alexandros was taking 3 mountain and 2 flat with % (89 - 32), Thats pretty much the expectation you can have with these settings and better than going for 100% of one value, he is (+9 mountain, +6 flat, +4 sprint in 3 months)

Schöning taking 4/4 flat this month with 23 and has 50-85, pretty good month for him taking all 50+%. Since beginning he trained very good (+2 mountain, +11 flat in 3 months) going 100% for flat for him. He just missed flat at one occasion.

Rinderknech taking 4/4 mountain and 2/4 flat at % (93 - 41) so better than expected and is at 62-80 at 22. Since beginning he trained very good (+8 mountain, +6 flat iin 2 months)

Wolfowitz taking 4/4 mountain and 3/4 flat, ok training in the first month and at 60-77 now, flat would have been very nice because of his pave value, wanted to get him to at leas 82, have to thing about his future training plan now

Training 27.12.2020:
Tyler Medaglia Zeit: -1
Wyn Masters Berg: +1
Otokar Kotrba Flach: +1
Petri Pohjamo Berg: +1
Petri Pohjamo Flach: +1
Harry Everts Flach: +1
Free team told me that my training is not as bad as it sounds with my writing. So I try to change my view (more positive) :)

Minus:
- Tyler tt is very good, makes him a little less expensive
- no more downtrainings is very good, especially Hamish

Plus:
- Wyn takes 66% mtn. Very nice. 82mtn now. 2/4 with 23. Not too bad in the end. The missed 96% with 21 hurts more. Now with 24 I will check the percentages, mtn or flat...
- high % done except mtn for Harry - ok

Missing:
- no high % missing. Maybe 33% for Emil would be nice or some other low % training. But this will be the task for next month

Bottom Line:
- good training because of Wyn and Hamish
