Training 5.3.2019:
Wael Afifi Abfahrt: -1
Wael Afifi Zeit: -1
Carlos Kaiser Zeit: -1
René Ritter Zeit: -1
Baltasar Banzer Berg: +1
Max Funk Berg: +1
Max Funk Flach: +1
Ron Zwerver Berg: +1
Ron Zwerver Flach: +1
Pleased by the downtraining, resp. the lack of it. Besides that, the 21yo double as expected, the rest rather lazy. Esp. Kopinski seems to be already satisfied after his win on Sunday...

Actually I talked with Funk yesterday, he told me he wasn't happy to train at all, he was forced too, so he does it!

In my team otherwise everybody is happy to train. No exception. Only problem is that some don't seem to have the talent to improve further.
Training 12.3.2019:
Elias Tobar Berg: -1
Elias Tobar Flach: -1
Elias Tobar Abfahrt: -1
Elias Tobar Sprint: -1
Barrington Salkey Berg: -1
Barrington Salkey Abfahrt: -1
Barrington Salkey Zeit: -1
Jaime Valdelomar Flach: -1

Lorenzo Innocenti Berg: -1
Lorenzo Innocenti Abfahrt: -1
Lorenzo Innocenti Zeit: -1
Abong Pilioko Berg: -1
Abong Pilioko Flach: -1
Fiu Sofiga Berg: -1
Fiu Sofiga Sprint: -1
Hiroyasu Matsukaze Flach: +1
Stephan Wiedmer Berg: +1
Mohammed Haqqi Flach: +1
Happyton Kunonga Flach: +1
Happyton Kunonga Sprint: +1
Tobar only -4 with 39, good.
Salkey -3, keeps flat, good. Not that it makes a huge difference at this point.
Valdelomar on the other hand bad, lose flat again. He's 36, so not unexpected. From 57-86-x-x-55 to 54-81-x-x-56, the lost most in flat, still 4 to go to PR, doesn't look good. Since he basically stopped riding after Zafzaf retired, we hoped he would be "fresh" and not lose that much.
Innocenti same age, -3, mountain too this time. from 60-81-77 to 57-75-75. so similar losses to Valdelomar.
Pilioko, who cares.
Sofiga, mountain ok, if it's hilly the leader is Matsukaze, but sprint, ahhh. But ok, here the Donkey is to blame. Once it all becomes red he usually doesn't look at the percentages anymore, so Sofiga was mainly attempting to keep flat, which he managed nicely so far. Change of training, from -25% for sprint to -11%!

+
No surprises. Haqqi, Kunonga double with 100%, Wiedmer now 93%, so was probably at 96% or more, Matsukaze flat 60+%, so good. Even if we're not sure if that's the way to go, higher sprint first maybe better? But to have him less exposed to high tempo, improve his performance on +5+6, flat seems important. Well, as long as he trains something we're happy anyway.

Happyton Kunonga Flach: +1
Happyton Kunonga Sprint: +1
Kolbeinsson 87 flat now, good. Matsukaze 58, maybe would have been better to go for more sprint first, still don't know...
Haqqi+KUnonga close to 100. Wiedmer too, 94%, but no skill up, grrr. WEll, he stays cheaper, nice too.

Last training for Tobar. If I was a nicer manager I could have spared him that....
Valdelomar keeps pavé, only 1 more till PR, but ok, leadership is gone, it's Matsuishi's. Or Matsubara? +1 flat, nice. One of quite a few nice positive surprises this time: The others
Matsuzaka +1 flat. He's training mountain mostly, but flat never hurts.
Matsukaze: +1 mountain. He's training flat, but mountain doesn't hurt. Since I often mistake them for helping etc during races... maybe the system did the same? Anyway, won't complain, both trainings useful.
Wiedmer double, missed mountain last time, took his 93%. Which he had after the last training, and now too, weird, thought goes down? And took the 19% (now) flat too. Nice.
Happy with this one, very happy even.

Training 5.4.2019:
Barrington Salkey Berg: -1
Barrington Salkey Flach: -1

Hiroshi Matsushita Zeit: -1
Hiroshi Matsuishi Zeit: -1
Mohammed Haqqi Flach: +1
Happyton Kunonga Sprint: +1
Shavkat Quttiboyev Flach: +1
Shavkat Quttiboyev Sprint: +1
La catastrophe!
Salkey only 3 downtrainings. His goal (or maybe only my goal for him) is to downtrain as much as possible, in order to win the "cheapest sale of the year competition" in 2019. At least he did mountain. But missing TT might be bad. Change the training immediately, he now only trains downhill. -57%, rest at -81%.
Valdelomar, Matsushita, ahh. Ok, Valdelomar not unexpected, mountain and flat, still second best pavé rider in the team, but with only 80 flat.... Matsushita, who was hoping to get his chances in RVV and PR too, losing flat not ideal at all.
+, Haqqi, flat good, 60%, Kunonga only sprint, he's 22, double trainings would be an idea.... Quttiboyev does his flat, then since that's all that counts something over 30% in mountain, downhill and sprint, added the sprint, not for much but ok.

No positive surprises except Quttiboyev's rather unimportant sprint. (And ok, Haqqi at 60 is not automatic either, but Haqqi is sort of the guy who is only there to be there, nobody cares abot what he does really, he has no purpose whatsover in life and in the game, maybe he wants that to change?) But no Wiedmer, grrr, no Matsukaze

Ha, Kopinski finally tries to prepare for RVV and PR by training one more flat skill point. Maybe he will get to 85 flat for PR? Who knows. In the meantime, Funk and Zwerver do whats expected while Banzer is trying to be the GC leader for the Giro. The old ones doing pretty good too in keeping their skills. They really don't want to face retirement it seems.

Fascinating one. Salkey only -3, especially keeping TT hurts.
Innocenti -4
Sofiga sprint, grr, Valdelomar flat, grr grr.
Then the +, lots of small surprises there.
Matsubara sprint, Son a double! TT and sprint, 2 things he's just trying to keep, more never hurts of course. Minimal percentages, 2+3 right now.
Wiedmer mountain, good, and doubles with Downhill.
Matsukaze takes the flat.
Haqqi too.
Quttiboyev double, Flat, he's main, and mountain, one of 3 30% trainings since we don't know what he should train.
Kunonga only flat not that great, he'll concentrate more on sprint from now on.

Hiroshi Matsubara! 86 mountain. So good training. Rest doesn't really matter.
But ok too. Matsukaze no training not perfect, he needs flat first, and sprint from May on. Second miss on flat, maybe go to sprint from for the last April training?
Haqqi perfect so far, 85 flat already... nice. Since he's useless in pavé we will need a top sprinter if he continues training like that.
Top sprinter? Kunonga! Takes the flat, misses the 96% sprint, grr. But well, ok, next time.
Wiedmer+Matsuzaka +1 mountain, perfect, 62-83 and 57-81 now.
Quttiboyev the flat plus the downhill, downhill now 50, he'll stop training that!
Down... Salkey only 3 again grrr. Rest ok, either don't care at all, little bit or nothing important, Matsuoka downhill is ok, as long as it's not mountain or flat, for the moment it's ok.

Son!
Outstanding. 75 mountain now.
Rest.. Wiedmer nice, Kunonga too.
Very nice: no down from Matsuoka.
Would have liked some flat for Matsukaze.. he doesn't seem to like training that... But with Son all is good anyway.

Training 20.5.2019:
René Ritter Berg: -1
René Ritter Abfahrt: -1
Sandro Spaeth Abfahrt: -1
Baltasar Banzer Berg: +1
Karl Kopinski Flach: +1
Max Funk Flach: +1
Ron Zwerver Flach: +1
Eduardo Spohr Flach: +1
Eduardo Spohr Sprint: +1
Jose Lluis Berg: +1
Jose Lluis Flach: +1

Finally some training worth posting here: Ritter and Spaeth keep their main skills, while Banzer seems to have trained mountain during the first Giro week. Besides that, it is nice to see the flat guys working hard too. Funk, Kopinski, Zwerver, and Lluis improved in that category, as well as future sprint star Eduardo Spohr.

Wiedmer, Matsuzaka more mountain, good. As long as we're not riding against Gaurain, excellent 60-80es.
Matsukaze... he still refuses the flat, so ok, back to sprint. Hoped to bring him to 65 flat, but has been boycotting flat, that well, 59 or 61 doesn't matter anymore anyway, should have changed to sprint 2 weeks ago..
Armas double, good, Kunonga and Quttiboyev have 100, so normal.

Matsuoka losing flat, that's ok, better than mountain. For the rest the oldies are oldies and don't really care much what they lose.
The younger ones: Haqqi 86 flat now good. Matsukaze keeps depressing me, no sprint either... wonder what he wants to train?
Kunonga, Quttiboyev had 100% I think (Kunonga now 98%). Armas good double, +4 +4 mountain flat, nice.

Jamshid still in great shape at 36, Igor only lost one flat and mountain until now. Only Bronislaw disappoints missing flat for the 3rd time already

UP: Snorri 89!
Matsukaze is alive! Finally a training, sprint.
Wiedmer good, 61 now, maybe time to go to flat.. thinking about it.
Happyton keeps training, wonderful guy. Makes me happy.
Tulio had 100% so normal, the hope is for the double....

Old ones great, young ones lazy. Murphy follows his law already and leaves out flat at 21 while Spohr doesnt want to train sprint anymore with 22...

Training 20.6.2019:
Lorenzo Innocenti Berg: -1
Lorenzo Innocenti Flach: -1
Lorenzo Innocenti Abfahrt: -1
Lorenzo Innocenti Zeit: -1
Lorenzo Innocenti Sprint: -1
Abong Pilioko Flach: -1
Abong Pilioko Abfahrt: -1
Abong Pilioko Sprint: -1
Fiu Sofiga Berg: -1
Hiroshi Matsushita Abfahrt: -1
Hiroshi Matsushita Zeit: -1
Hiroshi Matsushita Sprint: -1
Hiroshi Matsuishi Berg: -1
Shavkat Quttiboyev Flach: +1
Tulio Armas Berg: +1
Fabio Antinori Berg: +1
Only 3 +, but actually ok. Quttiboyev important, Armas takes his 93% risk, not the flat, Antinori his 100% mountain. More would have been nice.
But on the other hand the oldies excellent. Innocenti all 5 at 39, ok don't really care. Pilioko only 3 at 38, Sofiga 1 at 37, Matsushita 3 at 36, but keeps flat (after being very bad with it earlier), Matsuoka loses nothing at 35, still 76 mountain, excellent. Oldies very good, the young ones.. well Antinori or Armas double would have been nice, Kunonga 66% sprint too, some Haqqi maybe, but ok, Quttiboyev taking his 6x% is good enough.

Flat crisis at Team FL! First Murphy now Hilti refuses to train flat with 21 yo! Out of protest Spaeth even loses a flat point, although it is the only skill covered in training...

Training 27.6.2019:
Thibault Rossard Berg: +1
Baltasar Banzer Berg: +1
Max Funk Flach: +1
Jose Lluis Flach: +1
Sean Murphy Flach: +1
Hieronymus Hilti Flach: +1
Rossard and Banzer are really motivated for the Tour, while Spohr rather wants to spend his summer in Brasil Eating more Churrasco it seems. Spaeth also does not want to give up the chance for a roster spot in France. Unfortunately for him, his replacement Hilti is eager to start in Brussels too.

Hiroshi Matsuoka Berg: -1
Hiroshi Matsuoka Flach: -1
Snorri Kolbeinsson Flach: +1
Stephan Wiedmer Flach: +1
Mohammed Haqqi Abfahrt: -1
Happyton Kunonga Abfahrt: -1
Happyton Kunonga Sprint: +1
Tulio Armas Berg: +1
Fabio Antinori Berg: +1
Fabio Antinori Flach: +1
Matsuoka now lost mountain. Which is ok, he's 35. Matsushita wants to make up for his horrible flat downtraining earlier, keeps flat now. At 79
Haqqi -1 downhill.
Kunonga sprint and loses downhill, usually put the safety there, but not yet it seems. Wait one more downtraining. More important, he went up one!
Kolbeinsson, now 90 flat!
Wiedmer takes the low % flat, good, almost better than the more expensive mountain, maybe should change training...
Armas mountain.
Antinori double mountain flat, good.

all good

Training 5.7.2019:
Abong Pilioko Berg: -1
Abong Pilioko Flach: -1
Abong Pilioko Abfahrt: -1
Abong Pilioko Zeit: -1
Abong Pilioko Sprint: -1
Fiu Sofiga Berg: -1

Hiroshi Matsushita Berg: -1
Hiroshi Matsushita Flach: -1
Hiroshi Matsushita Zeit: -1

Hiroshi Matsuishi Berg: -1
Hiroshi Matsubara Abfahrt: -1
Tulio Armas Berg: +1
Fabio Antinori Berg: +1
Andreas Nägele Berg: +1
Andreas Nägele Flach: +1
Plus not too exciting.... only 4, only stuff above 90%. Let's hope for some Quttiboyev and Kunonga at least next time.

Minus ok, Matsubara didn't lose flat=TdF start
Matusoka didn't lose mountain=still no TdF start
