Irvine, autsch.
Moser fehlt auch. Cancellara wär auch noch schön gewesen.

Dafür Savinci Flach. Richard, Freyenberg und der Eldenkönig doppelt.

Alles in allem schon gut also.

Training 12.11.2022:
Oscar Lambert Berg: -1
Oscar Lambert Flach: -1
Oscar Lambert Abfahrt: -1
Oscar Lambert Zeit: -1
Oscar Lambert Sprint: -1
DucThiep Tran Berg: -1
DucThiep Tran Abfahrt: -1
DucThiep Tran Zeit: -1
DucThiep Tran Sprint: -1
Dario Meucci Berg: -1
Asier Basterretxea Zeit: -1
Silvio Bieri Abfahrt: -1
Amancio Carpinteiro Zeit: -1
Patrizio Rossi Berg: +1
Baykali Gurruwiwi Flach: +1
Isidoor Vanuytsel Flach: +1
Gotzon Lekubarri Berg: +1
Gotzon Lekubarri Flach: +1
Lambert -5 at 39, so that's normal
Tran -4 at 37, a bit much, but keeping flat makes it still ok.
Meucci loses only mountain, stays good for flat, still 85, but doesn't come over any hills anymore.. 45. But with -50% everywhere only one is good.
Basterretxea loses TT, doesn't matter
Bieri loses downhill, his biggest strength..

+
Carpinteiro minus TT, not covering it, 53 now
Rossi +1 mountain, now 72. Good, he's planned for the Giro 23, will be 33. Bad, with his reg staying at 71 actually ok too, more mountain=more salary. Already 65k, will be more now. But ok, we should be happy about it anyway.
Gurriwiwi flat, now 80. 56-80, 56 won't be covered later on, at least at first.
Vanuytsel flat, now 55-75, still tried the double, 50-80% roughly, now will go for safety flat, the mountain can come later.
Lekubarri, double, logic, 58-71 now.

No Steiner again, 82 still, he's 25, we are not really satisfied with his training performance, to put it mildly.

Janis Jansons Abfahrt: +1
Gunther Grün Flach: +1
Vitor Ventura Berg: +1
Clément Clévenot Berg: +1
Julio Juantorena Berg: +1
Julio Juantorena Flach: +1
Surprise training by Janis. Again, like with Piano last time: Flat would have been better. But better than nothing. Besides that, only Grün with a real effort to get better, rest was expected.
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

Christian Brackhammer Berg: +1
Christian Brackhammer Flach: +1
Ignacio Sebredo Flach: +1

Aydim takes a 2% downhill, which he doesn't need, but I'll take it. Poertel misses another mountain training, at least the other young guns trained well.

Gotzon Lekubarri Berg: +1
Gotzon Lekubarri Flach: +1
Lambert all, no problem.
Tran -3, inc. flat
Meucci -2 incl. flat
Basterretxea -2 TT and sprint.

Oldies basically ok

Youngsters

Carpinteiro loses TT again, no problem, not needed
Rossi now 73-79! Expensive... But good classic now.
Payot flat, mountain better but 87-58 now, flat was needed too
Steiner trains! Down, With downhill. Ah you stupid drunkard.
Gurruwiwi 56-81 good
Vanuytsel 55-76, good
Lekunbarri double, almost 100%, still good.

Steiner, let's forget about him for a moment, if we do the training was good. Flat for climber, mountain for classic, nice.

Training 20.11.2022:
Matthew Irvine Flach: -1
Paolo Borgia Sprint: +1
Cesare Camoranesi Abfahrt: -1
Gio diStefano Abfahrt: -1

Karl Freyenberg Flach: +1
Leano Parisi Zeit: +1
Irvine now under 90. Bad and sad.

Other than that, no Ganna. No good. Borgia with the sprint though, ok, don't mind that.

Nothing crazy otherwise. Albert mountain good and the Freyenberg double is lovely.

Overall, good training probably.

Alessandro Volta Berg: +1
Johann Loschmidt Flach: +1
Gabriel Fahrenheit Berg: +1
Gabriel Fahrenheit Flach: +1
Karl Prachar Berg: +1
Karl Prachar Flach: +1
Szabo and Simony still very much usable with their reg, Simony still here for escapes
Faye bad flat downtraining, really liked his 87 flat
Celsius with a mountain up, very late but he can still improve a bit there
Ohm mountain too, my 2 60-80s are both looking good
deCoulomb nice mountain up
Volta back on track, keep going like this!
Fahrenheit first double with 22
Prachar double as expected/planned

Overall good training, every rider with 26years or younger trained.

Kalle Rovanperä Flach: +1
Linus Broaar Berg: +1

Lasse Kurvinen Flach: +1
Hermanni Haljala Berg: +1
Hermanni Haljala Flach: +1
Kalle looks like a good leader for MSR -> 54-68 and 89 sprint with 25 years. But he needs support...

... flat trainings... just the youngsters:

Max and Lasse with 84 flat at 23. they need to keep going. Both missed one training so far.

Linus looks like he can at least be a Brage-like classic: 67-78 now with 24years

Hermanni 3/3 for mtn and flat so far. Still not fully decided where I want to go with him. Depends on next trainings...

What's really missing: Flat trainings at older riders:
Mads, Jesper and Mikael need to step up to be really good leaders for Spring classic season.

Flat trainings for flat riders please!! not for my old climber!!

Brage getting old and even weaker as before. Retires soon.

Mikael good, any training is good after weeks of nothing.

Samuli and Kalle, well done. Sprinters looking good.

Hermanni going mainly for flat trainings from now on. 58-85 would be nice if he can reach it.

Training 27.11.2022:

Oskar Simony Sprint: -1
Geoffrey Hinton Berg: -1

Anders Celsius Flach: +1
Georg Ohm Berg: +1
Augustin deCoulomb Berg: +1
Alessandro Volta Berg: +1
Johann Loschmidt Flach: +1
Karl Prachar Berg: +1
Karl Prachar Flach: +1
Simony still looking great for escapes, Szabo still good as first tempobolzer (which I currently not really need). Hinton first guy on the selling list, but till now, no desired rider on the market, with 78 flat and 77 sprint he still has chances to ride.

Celsius, 26, +1 mnt, +1 flat, -1 dwn, 66-84 now, good training till now and reached his training goals already, some more mnt would be wonderfull
Ohm, 25, +3mnt, 64-81-75, the reg less 60-80-7x with tt, for starting with 49-70 he did well in training, Celsius and Ohm would open a chance for a true hill sprinter
deCoulomb, 24, +3mnt, 55-85-78 switching to flat after reaching 85 already last month
Volta, 23, +3mnt, 84-56-77 with 58TT, 3 out of 4 in mountain is about what is expected from him, lets hope he reaches 86 soon
Loschmidt, 23, +4 flat, 51-77-78, the Simony replacement is doing well taking 4/4 at 80%
Fahrenheit, 22, +1 mnt, +3 flat, 60-77 (75.8 pave), no clue what to do with Gabriel, with his pave probably just focuse on flat now, 53 sprint makes him kind of my pave leader easily
Prachar, 21, +4 mnt, +4 flat, 60-76-75 with 64 sprint, perfect till now,

Patrizio Rossi Abfahrt: -1
Baykali Gurruwiwi Flach: +1
Isidoor Vanuytsel Berg: +1
Isidoor Vanuytsel Flach: +1
Gotzon Lekubarri Flach: +1
Last training for Lambert, -5
Meucci -4 at 36, a bit much. But wait, wasn't there another guy? Yes, Tran at 37 keeps everything? -51% flat, -64% everything else. Weird, but luckiest training in the history of c4f probably. Tran!!!
Asier at 35 -3, will retire this month too.
Bieri loses flat

+
Bradman and Rossi lose TT and downhill, now covered for Rossi, should have been covered before.
Gamboa +1 sprint, now finally 76, at 29. Late, he had a 4 month training break now.
Gurruwiwi now 82 flat, very nice, perfect flat training till now.
Vanuytsel a very very nice double, 25-95% now. 56-77 now.
Lekubarri only flat, leaves out the 97% mountain.

No Steiner again, Gamboa there, but not Rrurrambu... Lekubarri missing an easy double. Ok, Vanuytsel gets the difficult one, so not a complete failure this training, Gurruwiwi and Vanuytsel good actually.

Fiorino Forte Berg: +1
Vitor Ventura Berg: +1
Vitor Ventura Flach: +1
Clément Clévenot Berg: +1
Julio Juantorena Berg: +1
Julio Juantorena Flach: +1

Zacharias losing a main skill for the first time. Will be hard for him to finish this year still cycling for Team FL I guess. In the meantime, Frits got up to 90 sprint quietly. Time to go for B-Skills like flat and/or mountain? The young classic riders both with double trainings, while Clément keeps climbing with his mountain skill.

Yimmy Amuchastegui Flach: +1
First thoughts: lots of downhill downs

By closer inspection: Irvine really close to retirement now. Arguably not the best flat or even hill-flat rider of the team anymore.

Borgia Sprint cool, Savinci Flat 87! Albert takes the 1st training with to become a 70-80 also great.

No complaints about Moser, Ganna, Richard or Wicki either.

Yimmy the most important one though.

Eldenkönig and Freyenberg missing but can't really expect everyone to train all the time. Another great training...

Basterretxea still here and -4
Bieri -3, mountain+flat gone
Short -2

+
Pecci - TT, 56 now. No need to cover
Gurruwiwi flat, very nice. 83 now
Vanuytsel flat too, 78 and 76.2 pavé. Would be nice to get him to 79-80 there, good helper there too then.
Lekubarri , nice double after missing one with 21.
Trutat misses 99% flat on the other hand... Mountain 100%

So no Steiner, annoying miss by Trutat, but Gurruwiwi and Vanuytsel are nice, so we'll take it. Not that we have a choice...

Brage is old and retires soon anyway.
Kalle with downtraining downhill - seems like he doesnt like the team strategy.

+
Mikael flat very good - 62-83 with 80,3 cobble right now.
Max flat. 85 flat now with 24. ok.
Hermanni. only flat, but ok.Flat more important than mountain.
Lukas double because 2x 100%

Good training because of Mikael and Max.

Still missing: Flat trainings of Mads, Jesper, Lasse... and any training of Linus. he stops at 67 mountain like Brage it seems...

than it would be excellent.

Fahrenheit the expected high 7x% flat
Prachar "just" 96% mountain
Iwachnenko missed the 71% mountain the only real fail of the training day

Downs:
Hinton will retire soon after the Dec Tour (which he is not riding), losing flat and sprint and already replaced
Szabo might stay until he is 39 if we are not missing those 100k to buy a new rider
Uexküll unfortunately downtrains as fast as he uptrained those 70 mountain
Fall with a surprising sprint training at 30, now 87 flat 66 sprint
Celsius on fire, now 68-84, good classic rider replacement for the first half of 2023, could become more and more helpfull for Tesla
deCoulomb 56-85-78, some more mountain won't hurt

Training 12.12.2022:
DuyLinh Ngo Flach: +1
Abderrahmane Youssoufi Flach: +1
Linus Sebastian Berg: +1
Linus Sebastian Zeit: +1
Pratima Adhikari Berg: +1
Steve Burke Berg: +1
Linus, Pratima, DuyLinh and Abderrahmane as expected, Burke ok with only one training.
Once again no training for Domenika. Don't know why she is not interested in climbing. Skipped 5 out of last 6 trainings (min. 65%).

Training 12.12.2022:
Matthew Irvine Berg: -1
Matthew Irvine Flach: -1
Matthew Irvine Abfahrt: -1
Salvatore Zamorano Abfahrt: -1
Cesare Camoranesi Flach: +1
Albert Cancellara Berg: +1
Karl Freyenberg Berg: +1
Yimmy Amuchastegui Berg: +1
Yimmy Amuchastegui Flach: +1
Uh, Irvine very bad this time. Might retire after Calexico.

Training of a couple high-ish percentages missed. Freyenberg flat would be nicer but ok. No Moser, Ganna or Richard.

Albert super duper though and flat is always nice, so great for Cesare.

Yimmy double makes it a good training anyway.
J-Czucz hype train
