Much better, Innocenti, Matsushita join the training. Pilioko flat, better than nothing, even if mountain is what he originally was supposed to train. By now maybe actually doesn't matter anymore, so flat ok. Matsuishi double this time, wasn't really necessary either, just flat enough, but well, put 1 mountain if flat is at 100%, took it. Actually he wasn't at 100% I think, just forgot to change it.

Matsuoka with a double, now 72-77, excellent. He'll never be a flat star, but 72-77 at 25. Matsubara now 52-83, thinking if I should change to mountain, 54-83 then guaranteed at the end of the month. But he lacks the downhill to be a real 60-80, so maybe just keep going for more flat?.

Outstanding training. Tobar losing mountain a bit early, in the first possible minus training not too exiting. But 75-78 still good. And Matsuoka. 74 already, he trains and trains...
Sofiga +1 Sprint, he really is training flat... Matsuishi flat, Matsubara the same, good. Hiroshi Matsuyama mountain, at 23, good.

Only 3 plus training this time... but since the trainings were all good lately, a lesser one doesn't matter. Son with a double even still makes this one decent. Matsuyama Hiroshi no training, but 84 at 23 is good enough anyway.

Second 21yo rider skipped flat this month. Grmpf. Otherwise as expected. Meaning more -1 than +1...

Hiroshi Matsuyama! Downhill
Tobar excellent, but Jaime clearly overdid the downtraining at 34....
Snorri good, no Matsuzaka, bah, so now he goes for mountain.
Matsukaze hoped for double, but ok, just mountain.

Gajalo got kicked anyway, Dylan dh minus was expected. The rest is fine, Dorn about to become a 70-70-70-70 rider. Chucker will become a sprinter with 60 mountain skill.

Training 20.1.2019:
Wael Afifi Sprint: -1
Thibault Rossard Berg: +1
Luca Spirito Berg: +1
Karl Kopinski Flach: +1
Karl Kopinski Sprint: +1
Thibault finally arrived at 60 mountain, Luca still one mountain point shy, but improving. Karl is doing great, while the others are lazy bastards. Afifi now with more downtrainings at the greybeardish age of 34 than training until 32. At least it feels this way. Luckily though, he fights for his flat skill it seems.

Knoblauch only 3 minus at 38 is good, but at this point rather irrelevant. Gopal only 4 minus at 39 of course superb, -98% flat? He refused! Good man. He started at 53-70, he'll end his career at 53-71. Assured to get a job in the team next month, as a anti-downtrain coach. Just need to come up with a better name for the job. Proposals welcome.
The +... short, 5 plus only, Matsukaze not taking the double not perfect, but mountain right now more important, so ok. Sprint 66%, so hoped, but ok like this. Matsubara sprint, sort of unnecessary, but the train for Matsukaze gets stronger! 59 the first guy now. Matsuzaka mountain important, 59-82 with 23, good.

Only the 21-23 old guys had improvements. Wiedmer double, good, expected a single. 51-77 now. 60-80 the goal. Will concentrate mainly on flat first, probably won't be there for the Giro, but not too far off.
Downtraining, Tobar only 3 at 38, nice, kept the most important ones, mountain and flat.

Wael Afifi Abfahrt: -1

The positive thing: The old riders really want to continue riding it seems. Wael only loses unimportant skills, Afshin flat, pff, who cares. In the meantime, Karl keeps on going for his pavé classics chances while Thibault wants to qualify himself for the flandern races it seems. The rest is just lazy, grr...

Not really exciting...Haqqi double, but well, just flat would have been ok too. now 50 mountain, which is what the goal was, no idea what to do with the 2 extra trainings now. Ah, downhill, 63, if he goes to 65 he then has 2 more to downtrain later.
Matsukaze, Wiedmer.. ok. Rest.. but well, have nothing other at more than 50%, so after all won't whine too much.

Training February 2019

Robert Lesinge Flach: -4

Robert Lesinge Zeit: -2
Robert Lesinge Sprint: -1
Robert Lesinge Berg: -1

Jordan Lemile Berg: -3
Jordan Lemile Abfahrt: -3

Maxence Cordonnier Abfahrt: -2

Philemon Cyclone Flach: +1
Emile Gourdin Berg: +1

Jules Vaneste Berg: +3
Jules Vaneste Flach: +1
Yohann Frognet Berg: +4
Jonas Wauthier Berg: +3
Jonas Wauthier Flach: +2
Lukas Jung Berg: +4
Lukas Jung Flach: +4
Lukas Jung Sprint: +2
Théophane Barreau Berg: +4
Théophane Barreau Flach: +3
Logan Bouteiller Berg: +2

Lesinge and Lemile not loosing that much (11 and 9 is not that much at 36) but unfortunately mainly in their main skills (Flatwise for Lesinge, Mountain and Sprint for Lemile)... Cordonnier can't loose downhill anymore in the next 2 seasons, youhou.

Young pupills with good trainings : Barreau did the job, Jung did an excellent month. Wauthier finally getting some direction (but he might still be a bit weak for MSR). Cyclone with a really good flat point, Gourdin grabbing some also which is great, Vaneste excellent month, Frognet doing the Job, Bouteiller who wants to apologize for his lack of training before.

Rest sleeps, expecially our climber Peter Vangramberen... Sander Vliegen also with an awfull training imo.

Downtraining is what it is, not unhappy with it, Tobar keeps mountain, Valdelomar only TT, Pilioko ok, not convincing.

+ good this time.
Son very nice. Wiedmer double very nice too. Matsuzaka and Matsukaze too, they both might be going to flat training now? But need to think it over.

Sofiga loses his 2 most important skills... not ideal. Matsukaze trains sprint, he was concentrating on flat.. .ok. Wiedmer, Haqqi and Kunonga take their 100%, 96 for Wiedmer. So expected.
