Training 20.10.2023:
Sven Steffens Flach: +1
Ruben Visser Flach: +1
Thierry Lachenay Flach: +1
Etienne Vanderstuyft Flach: +1
Johan Quoidbach Berg: +1
Johan Quoidbach Flach: +1
Sideskills are also important - thx Steffens+Visser
Quoidbach the expected double
After Vanderstuyft was layzy last week, Lupeikis is lazy this week...but both 6/7 flat trainings, so everything fine
Lachenay ok

No suprise training from the others guys, but the percentages are quite low

Forgot last week, but was basically the same as 2 weeks ago, so back here for this one:
Training 27.10.2023:
Raffaele Pecci Berg: -1
Raffaele Pecci Flach: -1
Raffaele Pecci Abfahrt: -1
Raffaele Pecci Zeit: -1
Raffaele Pecci Sprint: -1
Patrizio Rossi Flach: -1
Patrizio Rossi Abfahrt: -1
Patrizio Rossi Zeit: -1
Patrizio Rossi Sprint: -1
Galarrwuy Rrurrambu Berg: -1
Galarrwuy Rrurrambu Abfahrt: -1
Galarrwuy Rrurrambu Sprint: -1
Baykali Gurruwiwi Berg: -1
Baykali Gurruwiwi Abfahrt: -1
Baykali Gurruwiwi Sprint: -1
Edwin Verkerk Sprint: +1
René Henri Flach: +1
Riccardo Lorenzini Sprint: +1
Stanley Longbottom Flach: +1
Magnifico Garcia Berg: +1
Haregot Woldemariam Berg: +1
Haregot Woldemariam Flach: +1
Last training for Pecci, as expected -5
Rossi -4
Rrurrambu loses sprint and mountain
Gurruwiwi at 34 -3, keeps flat which is good.

+
Verkerk feels the pressure from Chassot and trains. Too late I think. 73 sprint won't do it.
Henri now 89 flat, excellent. By the time Chassot will be a tops sprinter he'll be old...
Lorenzini 79
Longbottom 78 flat
Garcia survives the 4th training at 22 well
Woldermariam double, he'll want more money... Wonder if he'll ride 50 races in his career with the money he wants from me. 59-75-78-62-50 now, 65 reg...

Karl Prachar Abfahrt: -1
Karl Prachar Sprint: -1
Rudolf Kálmán Flach: +1

Ferenc Krausz Berg: +1
Volta starting to lose mountain. But no big deal, he has no big goal left. Kalman taking flat is good. Babai taking 100% no surprise. Oppenheimer no double, Krausz not taking his side skill (it is TT of course for flat he is lacking sprint and having too much reg)

Training 5.11.2023:
Patrizio Rossi Berg: -1
Patrizio Rossi Flach: -1
Patrizio Rossi Abfahrt: -1
Patrizio Rossi Zeit: -1
Patrizio Rossi Sprint: -1
Galarrwuy Rrurrambu Berg: -1

Isidoor Vanuytsel Abfahrt: -1
Haregot Woldemariam Berg: +1
André Chassot Flach: +1
André Chassot Sprint: +1
Wilson Stringfellow Flach: +1
Short.
That's good for the oldies, Rossi full program, otherwise just 3 minus, Rrurrambu only mountain, Gurruwiwi sprint and Isidoor downhill. 37-35-34 their age.

+
Here short is much less good. I guess this revelation will surprise some here....But trust me, it is like that. Short, bad, not Archie, the training. I blame Kwick. Told me not to try for TT with Woldemariam, flat, ok, but he takes only the mountain.
Told me Stringfellow doesn't need mountain, while his flat riders want it, pah, tried, but no mountain. Kwick gave bad advice concerning Haregot and made Wilson feel he's good enough. Unfair!
At least Chassot with the double.
Su Excelencia misses the first try at 23, hm, not happy. Probably wanted to ride the Andes...

Not much into training reporting lately, but this one is worth mentioning it. Not because something unexpected happened, but because we have lots of young, fresh and willing riders again. Even Keorapetse Kgositsile, a mispurchase to some, looks eager to add to the future of Team FL!

Abdurashidov downtraining like crazy this month. Probably wants to retire.
Finally also a few positive things to mention, but still not good. Babakhanov taking mountain to become a decent classic is nice. Gafurbekov and Gil taking lfat also very nice. Looking good for the spring classics next year.
Unfortunately the negatives still stand out more with Bakaev not training at all. Had to risk 96% to get his flat up, but he decided to train neither. Vermeylen doesn't even want to get to 80 flat. He needs to train a bit more to even be an option for PR

Rossi full down
Rrurrambu keeps sprint, excellent
Gurruwiwi mountain and sprint
Isidoor flat and sprint

+
Marquez 88! Excellent
Woldermariam this time takes the flat. So flat it is, not TT
Chassot... only flat, misses the sprint with 90%. Won't change the settings though.
Stringfellow still refuses the mountain at 73%
Garcia still at 81...his way of telling me that he really wanted to become a 80-65 (70 with his starting value seems too optimistic...) bah.

Hm, looks like there will be some nice competition for the spring classics. Gil and Gafurbekov is strong duo and they can even sprint :)

Haregot Woldemariam Berg: +1
André Chassot Flach: +1
André Chassot Sprint: +1
Wilson Stringfellow Berg: +1
Wilson Stringfellow Flach: +1
Rossi 5
Rrurrambu down sprint. Now really looks like his time is over.
Gurruwiwi downhill, no problem
Vanuytsel double flat-mountain. Everything else would have been better...

U32:
Matisse and Lorenzini lose TT. Good!
Marquez flat, nice 57 still not a lot, but good.
Lorenzini sprint, now 80, excellent
Longbottom flat, 79, soon can go for mountain.
Woldemariam only mountain. 62-76..
Chassot double 81 sprint now.
Stringfellow finally double, 47-77

Missing is once again Garcia. 0/3 with 23 with 66%...His Giro participation at risk!
Rest is quite good, the lack of flat for Woldemariam worrisome, but L+L make up for that.

Axel Vermeylen Flach: +1
Magomed Bakayev Berg: +1
Reuben Kemp Sprint: +1
Nurdaulet Rakhimzhanov Berg: +1
Nurdaulet Rakhimzhanov Flach: +1
Finally a training I can be happy with.
Abdurashidov still wants to retire. Impressive how consistent he is with downtraining. Apart from that only Kenzhebek losing flat a bit disappointing
Kholmatov, Gafurbekov and Vermeylen training flat very good. Only Gil missing for the spring classics. Gafurbekov already 88 flat at 25. Sariboev up to 73 mountain. Now he can finally fight against strong classics. Would be nice if Babakhanov could follow him soonish. Apart from that everything as expected. Bakaev really needs to train more, but there's still a bit of hope for the next months and the others definitely made up for it today.
