Interesting situation.

BD is the beneficiary of the best training in RSF during the last year and this seems to continue.
Now he was also appointed as Personal Assistant of Luques - I understand.

Good luck! actually, do you need luck?!

My young guys are developing well:
Esra Simeon Flach: +1
Luca Vermaelen Sprint: +1
Désiré Pimenta Flach: +1
Désiré Pimenta Sprint: +1
Levi Geertz Berg: +1
Levi Geertz Zeit: +1
Just wondering how I should do the further training with them...

Esra Simeon (22): 55-79-74-48-54 with 50 Reg. I want him to become a guy who could help and attack on light hilly stages, want to get his flat skills as high as possible and with some luck his mountain skills around 60. So I have 87% flat training and 25% mountain.

Luca Vermaelen (22): 50-59-54-52-87 with 42 Reg. My sprinter. Has sprint training only and 87%.

Désiré Pimenta (21): 53-75-52-48-65 with 38 Reg. I want him as Lucas last helper. Should stay fit for the finish, flat 87+ with high Sprint to start the train. So I have 5 flat (100%) and 2 sprint (64%) for him.

Levi Geertz (21): 53-73-71-78-62 with 41 Reg. My TT rider for easy or light hilly tours with TT and also some Sprint skills. I´m training 5 x TT (100%) and 2 x mountain (69%) with him.

Does it make sense this way? I´m thinking that I´m training to conservative, but I was doing it with a bit more risk once (trying three skills with Vermaelen and only got one instead of two) and failed. And there will be an interesting guy in my team from next season on as youth-rider with 56-74-52-49-66 with 50 Reg. I´m quite sure that he should get mountain as most important skill, but should he get flat or sprint skills as second?

Perhaps you have some ideas, for me the training system for young players is quite new...

Unending one...
Garita and Farkas lose all 5, Kashiwabara 4, Kehrli and Nganang 3, Balderis 2, Sax and Tazlauanu 1. But Gopal and Tobar double, excellent, Aeschlimann only mountain not ideal... but Gopal double very nice, now 60-83! And Tobar who started at flat is at 77, so more than I hoped for really.

Farkas at 38 only loses 2! Outstanding. Kashiwabara, Nganang and Balderis lose 2 each, so 6 they went for 9 combined last time. And Kehrli only 1 instead of 3! Great oldies!
On the plus side, Zafzaf mountain, 88 now, yihaaaa! Gopal keeps training too, as does Knoblauch. Tobar mountain in comparison was normal. Excellent training.

The Donkeys clearly persecuted by bad luck. Zafzaf only +1 mountain, as if he couldn't go up 2 mountain in 1 training. Tobar and Aeschlimann plan to get more expensive next month, devilish plan to push Big Donkey into insolvency, and last but not least (well, actually and least) this Vienuolis, who now as a 28 year old decided to go to 71 mountain just to spite the manager. Nganang and Kashiwabar with full downtrainings, such unexpected bad luck! Only guy that made the Donkey happy is Kaniuk, he did nothing at all. Perfect.

Kashiwabara and Nganang with 5 minus, but well, had to be expected, so no problem. Balderis -4, not perfect, but damn, he's 37 too! Thought he was younger, at 37 ok. Kehrli and Sax at 36+35 on the other hand very good, 0 for Kehrli, -1 sprint for Sax, he has only lost 1 mountain and 1 flat so far. Excellent. Plus? ZAFZAF! 90! After almost 12 years at c4f, buying climber after climber, the first 90 climber! The 27th climber (26 if you exclude Sitzmann, my first climber, who never never reached 80) the first one to reach 90! Excellent! As important, is Aeschlimann +1, now 84, hasn't missed a training, very good.
Knoblauch sprint, would have preferred flat, Valdelomar and Innocenti the expected double, Salkey his 97% flat. But since training is about complaining. Damn, Tobar didn't train. How unlucky! With Zafzaf at 90 I'm in desperate need of a top classic!!

Good one!
Miervaldis at 39 only -4, he keeps flat despite having -89%. For that he will be allowed to ride one more race, 28th most likely.
Kehrli -5, Sax -3, but ok, 38+37 so ok.
Aeschlimann 86 mountain, yes, finally. At 85 not too useful for Zazfzaf, can't follow him to help in the downhills....Good flat by Salkey/Valdelomar/Innocenti. Excellent double by Pilioko and expected one by Sofiga.

Good one. Zafzaf and Aeschlimann! Flat and downhill :o Ok, Zafzaf flat is brillant, that's what he's training now. Aeschlimann... ok ok, better downhill than nothing, 81 downhill now. Of course mountain would be better, but in the end like this ok too. Valdelomar flat, yeah! Matsushita double. And Pilioko double. After missing 98% last time this time he takes both. Good, he needs every flat he can get. Only negative is Innocenti missing again really.

Zafzaf flat again! 90-60, outstanding! From 73-53!
Innocenti flat, mmh, wanted mountain, needs to be closer to 60 for the Giro, but flat never hurts either. Sofiga missing 96% sprint is not too breathtaking.. .but ok, Innocenti with his 4% (now, so was probably 5% before?) makes up for that. So finally a good training.

Hoped that Tobar would be motivated by his Brabant win... instead Onetti is depressed. Bah. Lost flat, his chances for the Giro decreasing. Gopal on the otherhand seems to demand leadership somewhere, he keeps training. The 24-25 year olds failed, not good, at least one of them would be nice. So while Gopal is nice, the rest not too inspiring this time.

Kaniuk all 5 at 35... with that he's out of the Giro for sure.
Onetti with 33 the second flat lost. Out of the Giro too.
Tobar and Innocenti +1 mountain, good, Tobar who started training very well has had a prolonged training break, finally up again, 73.
Pilioko flat always useful, but mountain might have been nicer.
Matsuoka who needs flat too misses his 96% there. Bah.
Tobar important, so still a good training.

Kaniuk this time no downtraining at all, after all 5 last time...
Excellent training though, Tobar mountain, Pilioko double, Innocenti, Valdelomar, Sofiga and Matsushita all took what they should too.

Hard times ahead it seems. No Pilioko, no Matusoka, Ok, not the natural Donkey leaders, that's climbers that aren't here yet for 2019, but the classics seem to want to bring back the winless dark ages to the Donkey.
