Training 20.2.2023:
Volkmar Vogt Berg: +1
Pierluigi Piano Abfahrt: -1
Julio Juantorena Berg: +1
Gilberto Godoy Berg: +1
Gilberto Godoy Flach: +1
Kind of a disappointing training. 90+% left out by riders, nothing positively suprising but Volkmar's mountain training. Anyway, team looks good (as always, at least regarding looks and beauty).
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

Training 20.2.2023:
Moustapha Faye Berg: -1
Moustapha Faye Flach: -1
Moustapha Faye Zeit: -1
Moustapha Faye Sprint: -1
Mouhamed Fall Flach: +1
Nikola Tesla Berg: +1
Anders Celsius Berg: +1
Anders Celsius Abfahrt: -1
Karl Prachar Berg: +1
Karl Prachar Abfahrt: -1
Oleksij Iwachnenko Berg: +1
Carlo Avogadro Flach: +1
Carlo Avogadro Abfahrt: +1
NgôBao Châu Berg: +1
Faye the only real old guy left in the team. ok if he is downtraining, it is his very last month.
The old classics Heuser and Srivastav keep all their skills for the moment. Good for now but they won't play a big role at the Giro, maybe Srivastav with his reg has a place in the team.
Tesla amazing reaching 75 mnt for a classic is not normal at A&D
Fall amazing reaching 88 flat as the first A&D flat rider since the restart. Doesn't cover the fact that the team building missed to buy a flat rider for 2023
Celsius amazing, now he is 69-85 with 29. Reg is his biggest disadvantage when thinking about the GTs lineups, downhill his second one

Youngsters didn't perform that well. Chau with JUST mountain again, will not reach the hoped 56 flat. Avogadro great with an additional downhill training. Oleksij with just mountain, will now focus on that fully. Prachar reaching 69 and losing downhill.

All in all a very good training based on the 3 important old stars trainings

Mehmet Dogan Berg: +1
Fuyuki Kiyama Flach: +1
Ritsu Kiyama Flach: +1
Barry McPherson Sprint: +1
Hayato Toyotomi Berg: +1
Hayato Toyotomi Flach: +1
Mehmet not missing again great, rest just normal. McPherson misses flat the 3rd time, he's bad.

Training 20.2.2023:
Wil Ruprecht Flach: -1
Wil Ruprecht Abfahrt: -1
Kay deWolf Abfahrt: -1
Samuli Puhakainen Flach: +1
Linus Broaar Berg: +1
Lasse Kurvinen Flach: +1
Hermanni Haljala Berg: +1
Lukas Skiold Flach: +1
Nisse Bengtsson Flach: +1
Kimmo Hurri Flach: +1
Roni Kytonen Berg: +1
Roni Kytonen Flach: +1
Wil tries everything to stay in the team another month.
Kay is getting old and loses the teams signature skill. Not important.

Samuli with another flat training. Nice surprise.
Linus mtn - does he become a real 70-80??
Lasse trains flat by surprise - Algarve tour helped to motivate him.
Hermanni mtn - on the way to 60-80 ??
Lukas flat - 58-81 now. not too bad.
Nisse 100%. 97% now...
Kimmo 100%.
Roni double is nice.

Raphael Zimmer Abfahrt: -1
Benjamin Hutracht Flach: +1
Jeremy Oehler Flach: +1
Vitaly Kalinichenko Flach: +1
Danil Vassilyev Flach: +1
Danil Vassilyev Abfahrt: +1
FAye and Zimmer keep their important skills, which is good - both could be on the selling list at the end of this month if they decrease too much.
Oehler and Hutracht both flat, nice to have.

Dario Meucci Zeit: -1
Dario Meucci Sprint: -1
Silvio Bieri Flach: -1

Gotzon Lekubarri Berg: +1
Lucien Trutat Berg: +1
Leonardo Ceroni Berg: +1
Leonardo Ceroni Flach: +1
Edwin Verkerk Berg: +1
Edwin Verkerk Sprint: +1
Outstanding.
Meucci -5
Bieri only -2
Short the same, keeping the important ones
Bradman keeps flat, all the rest doesn't matter.
Drinkwater losing mountain not ideal
Huizinga losing TT doesn't matter.
Carpinteiro downhill, would prefer nothing, but better downhill than flat or mountain.

So the oldies very nice, with the exception of Drinkwater they keep their main skills.

+
Rossi 74 mountain now.
Steiner finally 85
Vanuytsel restarts his mountain training, 57-85 now
Lekubarri 70-76
Trutat on the way too, 67-76
Ceroni double, 56-74
Verkerk 59 mountain 60 sprint

Very nice, Rossi, Steiner, the 2 coming classics, outstanding training.

Comically bad. Nobody over 22 years again. Yimmy nothing... only a question of time when he goes...

Jairo also no sprint.

Osso kinda saves it with 4/4 this month...

Training 27.2.2023:
Harry Graham Flach: +1
Kenny Daglish Flach: -1
Kenny Daglish Abfahrt: -1
Mehmet Dogan Berg: +1
Fuyuki Kiyama Flach: +1
Ritsu Kiyama Flach: +1
Barry McPherson Sprint: +1
Hayato Toyotomi Berg: +1
Hayato Toyotomi Flach: +1
Harry now 70-80 76.1 pavés didn't expect that but looks good.
Kenny double down this time, to make it -4 in February, bought by 4millions Brilliant.
Mehmet trains again, now 70-80 at 24, perfect but will get expensive, hope he loses some tt next month.
Fuyuki and Ritsu trains flat, normal 70%.
Barry, again for the 4th times, only +1 sprint...will switch to flat+mo next month
Hayato 4th doube at 21 good, but not sure what to do with this rider, don't really like him.

Training 27.2.2023:
Ville Räätäli Abfahrt: -1
Ville Räätäli Sprint: -1
Andrea Cippola Zeit: -1
Andrea Cippola Sprint: -1
Linus Sebastian Berg: +1
Linus Sebastian Abfahrt: -1
Pratima Adhikari Berg: +1
Steve Burke Berg: +1
The onion is starting to get me into trouble. Still 87 in climbing at an age of 34. Very expensive. At least he lost some TT (like Ville) and sprint. On the other hand Linus, Pratima and Steve trained well and became even more expensive.

Jaswant Srivastav Zeit: -1
Karl Prachar Berg: +1
Oleksij Iwachnenko Sprint: +1
Carlo Avogadro Flach: +1
NgôBao Châu Berg: +1
NgôBao Châu Flach: +1
Prachar 70 now with 24, nice
Going for the last sprint point for Iwachnenko worked out. Now 86
Chau with 2 flat and 4 mountain. Hoped for more flat but wasn't going to risk too much. His goal is max mountain until the giro

Prachar nice mountain. Like Lekubarri. But his flat... 72 start, 76 now Same as Lekubarri again, but my hero at least started at 69... So like Trutat .. 72 start as well, 76 now, but 1 year younger.

What I want to say: We are starting a trend! The 76 flat classic!
Kraftsystemrevision! Include the distance!
Basics reform: Give blue a chance!

Tim Merlier Abfahrt: -1
Gaizka Gerenabarrena Berg: +1
Gaizka Gerenabarrena Abfahrt: -1
Elias Totschnig Berg: +1
Ilkka Herola Flach: +1
Gaizka good, Totschnig okay (actually 75 flat, maybe he goes with the new trend mentioned form donkey), Herola 100 %. Rest sleeps. Except Merlier who is now on 52 dh, very bad.

Training 5.3.2023:
Silvio Bieri Flach: -1
Silvio Bieri Abfahrt: -1
Silvio Bieri Zeit: -1
Silvio Bieri Sprint: -1
Archibald Short Abfahrt: -1
Archibald Short Zeit: -1
Tim Bradman Flach: -1
Tim Bradman Abfahrt: -1
Tim Bradman Zeit: -1
Remmert Huizinga Berg: -1
Remmert Huizinga Flach: -1
Remmert Huizinga Abfahrt: -1
Amancio Carpinteiro Flach: -1
Amancio Carpinteiro Zeit: -1
Amancio Carpinteiro Sprint: -1
Isidoor Vanuytsel Abfahrt: +1
Gotzon Lekubarri Berg: +1
Lucien Trutat Berg: +1
Leonardo Ceroni Flach: +1
Edwin Verkerk Berg: +1
Edwin Verkerk Sprint: +1
Callum Blake Berg: +1
Callum Blake Flach: +1
Callum Blake Sprint: +1
Bieri -4 at 38
Short -2 t 37 very good
Bradman -3, flat. So stays at 82-81.4 flat/pavé. That's the skill he get if he downtrains flat each time until PR.
Huizinga -3, 2 of the important ones at 35, not the goal really.
Carpinteiro -3 at 34, including flat, 62-84, still good, but...

+
Vanuytsel downhill. 57-84-79 now. Ok, would have preferred mountain or flat, but downhill isn't wrong either
Lekubarri 71-76 now, excellent. 76-76 seems to be his goal, go for it!
Trutat 68-76 now, excellent too.
Ceroni 56-75, now flat, next 86%
Verkerk the double, next 96-76%, 60 mountain 61 sprint now
Blake the triple, 50 mountain, career goal already reached, 67 flat not yet, 46 sprint not yet either, next 100% for flat sprint.

Lekubarri-Trutat make it an excellent training.

Training 5.3.2023:
Wil Ruprecht Berg: -1
Wil Ruprecht Flach: -1
Wil Ruprecht Zeit: -1
Edward Muggridge Sprint: -1
Nisse Bengtsson Flach: +1
Roni Kytonen Berg: +1
Roni Kytonen Flach: +1
Wil -3, especially mountain hurts, only 82-60 now. This will be his last season.

Nisse took 6X% flat. That's nice. Kimmo missed on 73% sadly.

Roni double again - already 59-79 now with 22. Perfection until now is very surprising.

Roni's training equals Wil's failure. So average trainning for me.

Vitor Ventura Berg: +1
Julio Juantorena Berg: +1
Przemyslaw Pszczolarski Berg: +1
Gilberto Godoy Flach: +1
Holger Hässig Berg: +1
Holger Hässig Flach: +1
Nice training. Frits wants to go for MSR it seems while the new Team FL classic rider department is doing what they're told for once. And not hässig at all about Hässig's expected double training
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

Nero Faye Sprint: -1
Aditya Mirchandani Zeit: -1
Niklas Warmund Sprint: +1
Vitaly Kalinichenko Flach: +1
Danil Vassilyev Flach: +1
The old ones keep their skills (Mirchandani celebrated this fact with a win yesterday), the younger ones do their thing, just Oehler or Sebredo could have get one more up. All in all it's totally okay.

Silvio Bieri Flach: -1
Silvio Bieri Abfahrt: -1

Silvio Bieri Sprint: -1
Archibald Short Flach: -1
Archibald Short Abfahrt: -1
Archibald Short Zeit: -1

Amancio Carpinteiro Abfahrt: -1
Amancio Carpinteiro Sprint: -1
Raffaele Pecci Zeit: -1
Guillaume Payot Zeit: -1
Baykali Gurruwiwi Berg: +1
Lucien Trutat Berg: +1
Lucien Trutat Abfahrt: -1
Leonardo Ceroni Flach: +1
Edwin Verkerk Berg: +1
Edwin Verkerk Sprint: +1
Callum Blake Flach: +1
Callum Blake Sprint: +1
Bieri -4 ok
Short -3 good
Bradman -4 bad, another flat gone, 3 more to lose until PR. But losing 4 at 36 is not that brilliant
Drinkwater double, ok, flat, but better to keep mountain
Huizinga good, -1
Carpinteiro -2, but nothing important, so ok

+
Pecci - TT, no problem
Payot the same, just as I was considering protecting it, after he kept that 1 point so long
Gurruwiwi 57-84 now, he was never supposed to get that much mountain, first not covering it, now that I do he goes up again?
Trutat mountain, no 69-76, good
Ceroni 76 flat now, getting there, slowly
Verkerk another double, not 100% anymore, 61-62 mountain-sprint, still no clue what he's supposed to be really, but let's continue like that
Blake the sure double.

Trutat makes it a good training, otherwise pretty pedestrian

Training Results
Training 12.3.2023:
Moustapha Faye Flach: -1
Moustapha Faye Zeit: -1
Helmut Heuser Abfahrt: -1
Helmut Heuser Sprint: -1
Augustin deCoulomb Zeit: -1
Karl Prachar Berg: +1
Carlo Avogadro Flach: +1
NgôBao Châu Berg: +1
James Watt Berg: +1
Downhill down training of Heuser hurts. Rest ist ok.

Prachar was jealous of the 71 mountain of Lekubarri so he also got his 71. Iwachnenko not the best to train mountain. Watt missing flat im second training at 90 grrr wanted to switch to non risk after that one

Nero Faye Berg: -1
Nero Faye Zeit: -1
Aditya Mirchandani Zeit: -1
Benjamin Hutracht Flach: +1
Niklas Warmund Berg: +1
Jeremy Oehler Berg: +1
Vitaly Kalinichenko Flach: +1
Danil Vassilyev Flach: +1
Danil Vassilyev Abfahrt: +1
Pretty good training. Faye keeps flat, Mirchandani as well. Hutracht and Warmund with unexpected Ups. Oehler nice to have, the east block as expected.

Only thing which could have made it better is an Mountain Up for Poertel, but that's just a dream since he was never good in training.
