Training 27.5.2021:
Izatullah Totakhyl Abfahrt: -1
Izatullah Totakhyl Zeit: -1
Oisin Swift Sprint: -1
Samuel Lanz Sprint: -1
Michele Apicella Flach: +1
Joan Coderch Berg: +1
Moritz Gabel Flach: +1
Daan Baas Flach: +1
Daan Baas Sprint: +1
Oscar Lambert Berg: +1
Oscar Lambert Flach: +1
Happy Donkey.

The oldies don't lose anything important, if anything at all. Izatullah -2, Swift and Lanz -1

+
Apicella, yeah! Flat... ok, better than nothing. Would have preferred mountain of course.
Coderch mountain is brilliant, now 73, very good. That one was important and saves the training regardless of the rest.
Gabel flat, now 66 flat 85 sprint and 70.5 pavé
Baas double, took the risk of not having 100% to get some sprint, worked, now 77 flat, 77,6 pavé and 53 sprint.
Lambert double too, both 9x%, 59-76, the question now will be.... mountain 100%?, classic classic training or risk, hoping to get 3+3 or 4+4. For his pavé, now 76.3 of course flat would be important, really would like to have him at 80 flat and 79.1 pavé, for the stupid hilly pavé classics next spring. Of course he still misses the sprint for that, so.... we'll see.

But thanks to Coderch, 73 mountain, very happy.

Edit: Forgot Espariat, the good man not training again of course is far from ideal, stuck at 69, took 2 from 4, not bad, but since he missed 1 due to the managers stupidity earlier. We even didn't let him ride the Giro to keep him away from the AAD classics with their bad training habits, but obviously he was still inspired by them. But in the end Coderch at 73 is better than Espariat at 70 right now, so only complaining a little bit. And blaming AAD of course.

Training 27.5.2021:
Martin Roux Berg: -1
Martin Roux Abfahrt: -1
Martin Roux Sprint: -1
Alberto Urrutia Sprint: -1
Humberto Vega Berg: -1
Humberto Vega Sprint: -1
Francisco Guerra Abfahrt: -1
Francisco Guerra Sprint: +1
Pedro CastelloRuiz Berg: +1
Pedro CastelloRuiz Abfahrt: -1
Jhonatan Aguilar Berg: +1
Jhonatan Aguilar Flach: +1
Felipe Vizcaino Flach: +1
Tom Lombaerts Flach: +1

Roux -3 is ok. At least he kept flat this time. Will become 37 soon :(
Urrutia a lot better with just sprint.
Guerra now at 79 sprint. Might not even need a new sprinter if he keeps training like that.
Castello once again taking mountain and downtraining downhill. Might have to start and cover that now. Below 70 is not ideal.
Aguilar finally making up a little for his horrendous flat training so far. Started at 74 - now 78.

Good training all in all.

Training 27.5.2021:
Max Simmer Berg: -1
Max Simmer Flach: -1
Sebastian Hirschmoser Berg: -1
Sebastian Hirschmoser Flach: -1
Sebastian Hirschmoser Abfahrt: -1
Sebastian Hirschmoser Sprint: -1
Noah Harrison Berg: -1

Michel Loève Sprint: -1
Uwe Schöning Zeit: +1
Lance Fortnow Flach: +1
Franz Schwackhöfer Zeit: +1
Wilfried Nöbauer Flach: +1
Akos Detreköi Berg: +1
Akos Detreköi (22) 4/2, now 62-80 very good, changing to 100% mountain after reaching 80 flat early, still perfect in mountain
Wilfried Nöbauer (23) 0/2, now 56-83 (80,3 pave), no mountain with 18% is expectable, 50% flat as expected 2, so still good
Franz Schwackhöfer (24) 0 mountain with 41%, covering flat all the way 0 with 9%, covering downhill 2 times and not covering it 2 times, 1 TT when gooing to 10% very good, and very good timing before the last GIRO TT, all in all still underperforming this month
Lance Fortnow (25), 2 flat, 1 downhill, now 60-82-78, very good rider for his age still much potential

No training for Wolfowitz (26), Rinderknech (27), Karatzoglou (28), Schöning taking 1 covered TT

Training 27.5.2021:
Zach Wheeler Sprint: -1
Bana Hassana Berg: +1
Uros Kovacevic Berg: +1
Santiago Stolk Berg: +1
Bertram Büchel Flach: +1
Bertram Büchel Sprint: +1
Magnus Marxer Flach: +1
Hubert Henno Berg: +1
Hubert Henno Flach: +1
Good training in general, BUT: Wheeler seems to be frustrated from the Giro. Second downtraining in sprint with 33, the only skill that is protected. Meanwhile, his successor Magnus Marxer leaves out sprint with 90%. Could this be a sign with the fence post that the Team FL sprint days are over soon?
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

Training 27.5.2021:
Joel Robert Berg: -1
Petri Pohjamo Berg: -1
Twan VanGendt Sprint: +1
Darren Berrecloth Berg: +1
Darren Berrecloth Flach: +1
Trained:
2x 100%
1x 69%

Missed:
1x 92%
1x 73%
3x 4X%

Especially 92% flat training at 22 (Jago Geerts) hurt. But actually it's what I am used to. So big deal.

Boaz Trakhtenbrot Berg: +1
Boaz Trakhtenbrot Zeit: +1
Schöning again trains the covered TT and has 66 now, Franz decides to train covered flat (we are happy about each training of 24y+ guys). Nöbauer with 56-84 now very usefull guy. Detreköi with 2 flat units taking double (don't think it was planned to go on risk at climbing, will change now) and having 63-81 now. Otto and Boaz with 2x100% no big surprise

Training 5.6.2021:
Izatullah Totakhyl Berg: -1
Izatullah Totakhyl Flach: -1
Izatullah Totakhyl Abfahrt: -1
Oisin Swift Berg: -1
Oisin Swift Flach: -1
Oisin Swift Abfahrt: -1
Oisin Swift Zeit: -1
Oisin Swift Sprint: -1
Samuel Lanz Abfahrt: -1
Vasco Teixeira Flach: +1
Gorgonio Moretti Berg: +1
Daan Baas Flach: +1
Oscar Lambert Berg: +1
Ivan Ardila Berg: +1
Ivan Ardila Flach: +1
Izatullah -3 at 38, good
Swift -5 at 37, a bit less
Lanz -1 at 35, just loses downhill, excellent for the race today. The one I didn't inscribe for

+
Teixeira flat, now 63-82, just covering flat but very nice nonetheless.
Moretti mountain, now 59-83. Big fight ahead for potentially just 1 TdF place between the 2.
Baas flat, good, 80%, now 78 flat, 78,3 pavé
Lambert takes the mountain at 98% or so. 49% flat not. So next training risk 72-65. 60-76 with 76.3 pavé, we want more pavé. And flat too.
ARdila double, good, now 100% mountain, took the 96% risk at the first training. 74-52, now mountain. At 70% flat we still hope for 2 more.

So with Teixeira and to a lesser degree Moretti as suprise trainees, a good training. No Espariat again, Let's hope he strikes in a week.

Oisin Swift Sprint: -1
Samuel Lanz Sprint: -1
Johann Löffel Zeit: -1
Gorgonio Moretti Zeit: -1
Moritz Gabel Flach: +1
Oscar Lambert Flach: +1
Ivan Ardila Berg: +1
Totakhyl all down at 38
Swift keeps mountain and flat which is nice.
Lanz only loses sprint, very nice
Baaba at 34 keeps all, very nice.
Löffel and Moretti still young but lose the TT, which makes them cheaper

Gabel flat, 64% left, good. 67 flat now, 71.2 pavé
Lambert tries the double, gets the flat: 60-77 with 77 pavé now. 72-63%, will try the double again.
Ardila 100% mountain, no 70% flat. 75-52

Not too happy with this one. No Baas with 77%, Espariat keeps refusing to go to 70, Quaghebeur still 84 flat at 26

Daan Baas Flach: +1
Oscar Lambert Berg: +1
Oscar Lambert Flach: +1
Ivan Ardila Berg: +1
Ivan Ardila Flach: +1
-
Izatullah only TT lost at 38 good, but irrelevant.
Swift 4, keeps the mountain at 37
Lanz loses flat, 86 now. TT too
Baaba -2, mountain and TT.

+
Löffel now 81 sprint, he really wants the tour?
Moretti mountain, good, 60 now
Quaghebeur finally flat, 85 now
Espariat mountain, 70-80 now, change of skills with Baaba
Gabel downtrains TT, no flat, but ok, can take a break once in a while
Baas flat, now 79 with 79 pavé
Lambert the hoped for double, 61-78, 77,7 pavé
Ardila double, 76-52 now

Good, 28 to 25 year olds all train, outstanding even. 21-22 double, wonderful! 24 the only fail, but he downtrained TT so gets cheaper, so that counts too. Very happy with this training.

Full Izatullah, last training at 38, possibly he won't ride anymore races, so who cares.
Swift flat only, good, although anything else would have been better actually.
Lanz mountain and downhill, looks like he could have ridden the Tour really with these skills, except for the reg, so all ok.
Baaba TT and sprint

+
Quaghebeur woke up. flat, now at 86, finally.
Baas now 80 flat, 79,7 pavé
Lambert no double, but mountain, so 62-78 now. 3+2 this month, not sure how we'll train next month. Maybe normal classic training and full mountain after all?
Ardila double, so 77-54 now, 3 flat taken, good enough, flat will always stay a weakness.
Gabel flat would have been nice, but he's probably angry at not being allowed to race the TdF.

Izatullah and Swift both with the maximum at 39 and 38. Swift at 38 could do 1-2 less, but 5 is fine too.
Lanz only downhill
Messerli TT

Very nice training by the oldies. I don't have as many as usual, 6 instead of 7, and 2 at 33, but Lanz at 36 still 86 flat, Cousin Baaba at 35 no downtraining is very nice. Messerli and Eiffel the 2 stars at 33 only irrelevant TT and nothing, fantastic.

+
Coderch flat, now 78, he's never going to be a flat star (he's 29 too after all), but one more flat is nice, 73-78-78 now. Starting from 71 flat is still not superb training, but ok now. Would have preferred mountain of course, but I'll take flat.
Lambert double!!! Took the 10% or so flat, unexpected, fantastic. 63-79 now, 78,4 pavé
Ardila the 100% mountain, no risk, no speculating for doubles. 78-54
Tran triple, now 47-73 and 55 sprint, so he'll stop the sprint. 55 covered, no need for more.

Hoped for Baas (48%) and Gabel (34%) flat of course, but next time then, satisfied with this one.

Oscar Lambert Berg: +1
Ivan Ardila Berg: +1
DucThiep Tran Berg: +1
DucThiep Tran Flach: +1
Swift 4, keeps mountain.
Lanz loses mountain, keeps flat, good
Baaba mountain and TT, his too specialities really.
Messerli flat, ok
Eiffel mountain and downhill. Bad. For the TdF really rather irrelevant, but for a possible Vuelta challenge, losing mountain at the second chance is far from ideal.

+
Stakhanov 83 flat! Yeah! Way too late, but better late than never?
Löffel mountain, 66 now 66-70 and 81 sprint, outstanding training, he started at 50-69 and 66 sprint. 16 mountain and 15 sprint up.
Baas the flat good, now 81 and 80,3 pavé
Ardila 79 mountain now
Tran double, will now change to only 70% ,mountain to have 100% flat and not 93%. 48-74 right now.

Eiffel down as I said far from ideal, but even if at this point it's pretty pointless, Stakhanov up makes me happy. And Löffel great. Baas good, this one actually important as well.

For Lambert and Ardila August will be important...

I did not do much here in this thread. And so did my riders. Darren missed 4 times 70% flat with 23. So he wont be somebody like Finn Iles or Tyler Medaglia. But at least he got to 81 flat now.

By the way... Wyn Masters trained mountain with 31 - now 86. Nice, but probably not important anymore.

Tyler loses a lot lately, but ok, he gets old.

Grr, Tyler, Lanz wants to beat him in pavé!
Training 5.8.2021:
Oisin Swift Berg: -1
Oisin Swift Flach: -1
Oisin Swift Abfahrt: -1
Oisin Swift Zeit: -1
Oisin Swift Sprint: -1
Samuel Lanz Berg: -1
Samuel Lanz Flach: -1
Samuel Lanz Abfahrt: -1
Samuel Lanz Zeit: -1
Samuel Lanz Sprint: -1
Baaba Faye Abfahrt: -1
Tim Eiffel Flach: -1
Tim Eiffel Zeit: -1
Endeavour Trewlove Berg: -1
Endeavour Trewlove Abfahrt: -1
Johann Löffel Abfahrt: -1
Tom Espariat Berg: +1
Moritz Gabel Abfahrt: +1
Daan Baas Flach: +1
Oscar Lambert Berg: +1
DucThiep Tran Flach: +1
Dario Meucci Berg: +1
Dario Meucci Flach: +1
Swift and Lanz with the full program at 39+37. Time for Swift to go I think.
Baaba downhill
Eiffel flat and TT
Trewlove mountain and downhill at 33

+
We start + with a minus, Löffel downhill, who cares.
Espariat mountain, now 71-80, good.
Gabel downhill, why not, even if we want flat.
Baas flat, good, now 82 flat and 81.1 pavé. Still time until PR!
Lambert mountain, very nice, 67 now.
Tran flat was clear
Meucci double, flat 100%

Missing: Ardila, which makes the Vuelta team more difficult. With Eiffel still at 83, Ardila still at 81... Eiffel? But one more training till the Vuelta starts.
Happy with Baas-Espariat-Lambert, so can't complain even if Ardila is missing.

Training happened for Team FL!
Training 12.8.2021:
Santiago Stolk Abfahrt: +1
Michelangelo LoBianco Flach: +1
Fortunato Fontdevila Flach: +1
Fortunato Fontdevila Sprint: +1
Ben Bollendorff Berg: +1
Ben Bollendorff Flach: +1
Guido Görtzen Berg: +1
Guido Görtzen Flach: +1
Stolk with 81 downhill! Where are the downhill races?! LoBianco finally with another flat training while the rest does what has been expected.
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.
