Ok, to the other awards this year too... 2009 Allagen did, he forgot to put a limit to the votes so we still could vote for Reynolds vs Leupold if the forum hadn't crashed... 2011 Lizard, he seems gone. So ok ok, I'll just do it:

Rules. From Dec. first to Dec 15th nominate teams. Max. 3 nominations per person. No need to make an order. No need to nominate teams already nominated by others. Around Dec. 15th Roko Keko will put all the nominated riders in a vote. If there are more nominated teams than there is places in the vote, the ape will simply decide himself which 15? 20? teams get a place in the vote. Ah, he'll draft FL and NoPik to help him in the decision. but unlikely it happens. If it happens, the reasons given for the nomination will be taken into account.

Here: Rookie team of the year. TEams whose first race was after dec 01 2010 count as Rookie teams. Teams owned by managers that had a different team before will not be entered in the vote IF it's known that the team actually is not a first team.

So less than 4 months in the game. "Only" 5 wins, the last one already almost 2 months ago. But good riding and very important too, communicative manager, with team building, that so far looks.

"Only" 7 wins, was sure it was more... Mmh.. but "experienced" way of riding, has no "winner" in his team, has no "money-making" team, but has a team. Not a group of riders to earn money. And IMO good riding, the wins will start coming when there is a "winner" in the team, no doubt.

RC Bad Hersfeld, first race at 7 March 2011. Already found the way to Div. 1 and is doing a good job during the races. Good team building too. Palmares still to come...

Medvedi, our first Czech team in RSF, joining the race calender at 7 September 2011, doing not bad since then. Div. 2 at the moment, always active, although not very much palmares entries so far. Rides clever but quiet.

Angry Cycling, not as angry as the name might imply. Already very versatile with a flexible team, for mountains and sprint. Does not reject responsibility in a race, especially in sprint races, and does it quite succesfull, beeing in Div.2 already with 8 race wins and good results in stage races.
