20 year old riders ?

When i buy 20 year old rider Does it start training From 20 year ? our do he only start from 21 year .
And what are benefits if you buy 1 from 20 year ? if he only start training from 21 year .

starts at 21
the advantage is that you have a month to find a good rider and that he gets all the trainings in his careeer

hey , i see on young riders market some riders with 21 years old ( all others with 20), would means they come to our team with 22 years ?
