Rookie Team of the Year Award 2010
Every year the Radsportfreaks-Community finds together to decide which are the best of the best in our virtual cycling world. This year again, we honor the best rookies that joined our community, who had a fast team and management development aswell made themselves a name in the branch and achieved victories already. Which are the strongest rookie teams of the year 2010?

How to:
Each user may nominate 3 teams. The 10 being picked most are going to be implemented in the final voting.
Nominations: 01.12.2010-15.12.2010
Votings: 16.12.2010-30.12.2010
Formalities: Please only one post in this thread per user, if you would like to correct your nominations then use the EDIT-function. Apart from that please order your nominations from 1-3 and (if you'd like to) put a comment for why the rider deserves to win the award.
NOTICE: Only teams that had their first race appearance at the earliest on 01.12.2009 are allowed to be nominated.

Difficult.. don't really know all that many. Some don't seem activ anymore already, Demenageurs who would have been a strong candidate for nr 1, Kandoo seems inactiv too now, my "geheimtipp" fours once too, team betty started a few days too early (28.12.09)... Some like Vuvuzela that seems to be good I know more from the chat than races.

1 Know him a bit, ha! Good teambuilding, improving regurly, riding too, seeing some of the Andes where he got second, he knows how to ride.
2 Italian, which makes it more difficult to learn than for germans or for french too nowadays, but activ in the forum, rides fairly well, teambuilding ok, but a bit too much trading maybe at the moment. started at the end of August, 3 stages, 3 mountain jerseys so far.
3 Fairly weak, not to say horrible start, first few races were not convincing at all. But asking questions, already after a few seemed much better. Haven't ridden against him lately, but saw him a few times from the ZC, raced well and the results confirm that. Now D3, should go to D2 in January.

team betty started a few days too early (28.12.09)

Actually the rule doesn't make much sense as the nominations start on 01.12. So everybody starting in December this year will this way never be a rookie, at least not the ones who started after 15.12. (actually also not the ones who started in late November as maybe nobody took note of them). I suggest changing it (I admit, the suggestion comes late) to:

NOTICE: Only teams that had their first race appearance at the earliest on 01.12.2009 (or even earlier) are allowed to be nominated.

I think this is okay, I'll change it to first appearance on 01.12.2009 and put in the votings teams that were mentioned like team betty.

he started 2009 but without success. at april 2010 he asked me to support his team. 0 riders and only 12,4 million and he did not want to make a resett. after 8 months his team is very good and he rides like a old team. shootingstar 2010.

Ich glaube nicht. Ein halbes Jahr schon vorher gespielt ist wohl kaum ein Rookie 2010.
