Finally a bit better than the last weeks. Still only about what was expected, but some of the right riders trained.
Piskun keeps mountain, so he is going to stay decent until the Giro ends at least.
Girdvainis and Alborghetti are very nice uptrainings, especially Alborghetti, who really needed that to keep his small chances for white.
All other trainings pretty much 100%, so not much more to say

Long list, team getting old... Henkey -3, keeps flat this time but finally loses his first sprint, all unimportant anyway.

Rest are all part of the Giro team: Heart dropped when I saw 2x Redrocks and Jensen in the list. Both keep their MO, great. Flat for Jensen not ideal, sprint for Mike not great, but ok at 35. Downhill we obviously never cared about in the first place. Parri takes the 4% MO cover, now 82, but misses the 45% flat for the second time in a row while he does take the -12% dh for the second time in a row. Will be 37% and 5% for the next training. Very much like that MO training though, seems like he is a sneaky outsider for a good Giro result after all. Walker takes the 95% flat, Rory 94% flat and also 56% sprint, already making him one of our best ever secondary-stat-at-22 trainers in the teams history. Avalos double with 2x 9x%, 2 more of those would be great.

Overall great training. Our 85-81-78 duo becomes 85-82-78, where we were very scared they would actually become 84-81-77. Now we are even more ready to take place 2, 3 and 4 in the Giro gc!

Iskanderov with a downhill. We'd still prefer mountain, but ok, we take downhill too. He now covered flat and downhill once, next the mountain?
Kotibaruly, Kagge, Gjeldnes flat, our Winzenried-helpers do well without Winzenried. Gjeldnes now 80.6 pavé, Kotibaruly 84 flat with 82.2, Kagge 79 flat with 78.1
Bongiorno another flat, good, his main training now, 62, getting closer to Verwimp at 63-89, just one flat.
Ole, pure flat, not a costly pavé pretender does flat too, 52-79 now
Kemel, our Roubaix leader 27 takes his 100% flat 79 flat 78.1 pavé now.
Sherifo, our LBL leader 27 double, 59-71 now, now again we have to think if we want to try for the triple or take the safe flat again.

Good flat training, 8 riders up flat, Kotibaruly with 6% and Kagge with 12% the lowest percentage there, so rest all quite good, still nice to get all. Makes those pavé guys costly, but well, better some training than none, gets our guys used to train.

Very long list this time. Quite a bit more downtraining than I had hoped, but most of them don't hurt. Piskun -4 is bad, but at least he keeps mountain and he has been very kucky before. Coyotecatl losing sprint quite bad, especially with him not training mountain at all. Other downtrainings not bad.
Coyotecatly insulting me with his downhill training. I actually would have been happier if he just didn't train. Aelenei with a nice sprint training and Girdvainis getting to 89 flat already are very good. Everything else was 96%+. Unfortunately Alborghetti missed out on another mountain training. Apart from that I would call it a decent trainig

Horror day for Redrocks, after losing 7mins in the Giro TT he decides to downtrain everything but TT, the one stat he has 0 use for anymore. Henkey with the usual terrible downtraining too.

Avalos stays perfect, one more training like that would be great. Rory and Walker on 9x%, almost useful riders now! Parri flat at 37% the highlight of this training. 6 more of those and I'd actually start liking him!

The age really catching up to Redrocks. Back to back downtrainings on both mountain and flat, he'll be happy to retire within the next week. Henkey only loses downhill this time, from 44 to 43! Jensen loses sprint and TT, TT of course not an issue. Sprint a little worse, but manageable, he survives 34 without MO downtraining. Napier also loses TT, good.

Avalos stayed perfect, 8/8, and is our trainee of the month. Rory takes the 100%, Walker the 88%, also good. Napier the big surprise, now 54-82 with 80.5 pavé, becoming only our second rider in history to pass 80 pavé.

Overall unhappy with the training, mostly because of Redrocks of course.

Uptrainings: good, all the expected ones. Walker 59%, all the rest 70% and higher, most even 100%.

Downtrainings: 15 potential downtrainings, 7 of them hitting. 2 for Jensen, MO hurts of course but expected at 35. Besides Jensen, 5/10 hit, none of them with a higher(/lower) chance than -18%.... insanely bad. Parri just turned 26(!!!) years old and has taken 4 downtrainings already.

Ehrenreich with a late flat training at 31. now 75 flat and 80 sprint with 75 pave is a good prime, just fear there are no races for him now
Bort: now with the full switch to flat, taking the first one at 85%, keep going
Zapf: 100% flat
Bockelmann: 100% mountain, 84% uphill with the double. Still undecided how to train him finally. But first month we stay at this scheme

Gjeldnes flat, excellent, but he's pricing himself out of the TdF at this rate. 50-84-79, 55 reg... for 50'000 soon, due to his pavé, now 81.3. Losing TT makes him a bit cheaper again, maybe stays under 50k?
Kemel flat, now 81 with 79.5 pavé
Sherifo double, 61-72 with now 56 sprint, we'll take the 95-80% for next training.
Abraha double, 93% for the next mountain if we want a 100% flat.. nooo, 100-67 sounds nice enough, no risk with mountain, we took the risk in the first training, not twice.

With the not sure doubles and 70% Kemel, plus Gjeldnes and Bongiorno quite satisfied.

Downtraining mostly fine, only Coyotecatl bad, Piskun still at 76-77 great.
Dosmagambetov now the strongest classic once Piskun retires while not even being a proper classic. Good that he is so strong, but bad that no one else trained above 71 mountain.
Youth training not good. Only taking very high percentages, while also missing out on 80% flat for Aelenei for the second time in a row. Zhangylyshbay also no double, but that is ok, since he took it last time

Downtraining: Jensen avoids the 3 most important ones for him, perfect. Napier gets cheaper, perfect!

Uptraining: Dokker headlines the list of 11 uptrainings, finally hitting 90SP with tdf around the corner. He takes away all doubts for our lineup there! Parri also joins in on the fun, now 82-65 and less useless! Walker 5x% for the second time in a row, Rory 7x%, perfect! All youth guys doubles, only 3 100% on those 6 trainings, some 9x% and a 7x%, so great that they're all 4/4. Oscar 100%.

Really couldn't ask for anything more this training. Most allround perfect training we've had in months

Bongiorno, Ole and Kemel flat. Bongiorno now at 64, still not enough for getting wheels but getting better. Ole 82, nice little flat rider. Kemel 83 and 80.9 pavé, g3 for 3 at 23 so far, very good.

Coyotecatl insulting me again. Alborghetti really good, saving his career with that training, no one missing out on any high percentage training, Zhangylyshbay the first classic to have good training at 22, really nothing to complain about

Unfortunate training. Jensen loses his main 2 stats, keeps sprint at least, but not great. Solberg missing 98% at 21yo the worst part about the training for sure.

Rest quite decent. Rory misses 80%, but Drury takes his 3rd consecutive 5x% and the same goes for Elias with 3 consecutive ~70% hits. Rest are all 9x/100% hits

Kebede -4, sprint at 76 at 36, max was 78, so far had held up exceptionally well.
Gallego at 34 loses sprint, no problem, he sucks there anyway.

Ole: 83 flat now, 78.5 pavé, and he wasn't even supposed to have pavé, just a nice little unoffensive flat rider...
Kemel 84 flat, 81.6 pavé. He is supposed to have pavé, leader 27 after all. Excellent training by him after missing the very first one, perfect since then.
Sherifo double, 64-72 with 58 sprint. Donkey getting a bit more realistic, Sherifo will suffer going over 60 sprint but 3 up, good.
Abraha double, 4-3 this month, 77-58 now

Again a flat festival.. Which I like except that I fear those jokers will all get expensive due to the pavé thing. Kemel is bought for that, logic, good,, Gjeldnes should be an ok helper in Roubaix 27, will be 35, so ok, but the rest... Ole, didn't realize he had annoyingly much pavé so far. Bonjour I knew but hoped he'd be done with flat now...Anyway, let's see how expensive they all get

Pretty good again. Downtraining doesn't really matter. Ibrokhimov remembered that he was actually supposed to train flat at some point, but way too late now.

Downtraining: Jensen really bad, -4 at 35, only keeps dh. Over the whole month he went -3 on mountain on a grand total of -88% downtraining chance, spread over 4 trainings.

Uptraining: Some ugly misses last week, but really can't complain here this month. Vandewalle +8 with max 70% MO all month. Solberg +7, just missed 1MO, but actually rather have him miss on MO than FL for now. Hector +8, survived 9x-8x% trainings all month. Oscar +4 , 9x% all month, no crucial miss there. Rory +3, missed 1 ~80%, ok. Drury 4/4 on 5x% all month probably the most impressive uptraining feat. Parri also +2 flat this month, finally doing decent, not a total loser anymore!
