Hi,

Artem Kravets --> Ukraine http://www.transfermarkt.de/artem-krave ... eler/58405

And as it says:

Nom: Arieanti
Prénom: Caputri

So he should be named Caputri Arieanti then and not Arieanti Caputri. Hence, according to §3 of the NC-Rules, the rider will be made stateless:
§ 3:
(1) First and surname (family name) have to be given in the right order. If this is not the case, a rider will be made stateless (f.e. Müller Thomas instead of Thomas Müller).

I think there is a misunderstanding. A particular spelling doesn't make a clone, having the same entity in C4F with different spellings does. In this case, Elaska is the first team having a "Samy / Sami -- Trabelsi/Trabelssi/Trabelssy", so he should be able to have him in any reasonable spelling. The next manager creating a "Samy / Sami -- Trabelsi/Trabelssi/Trabelssy" with a different spelling would create a clone of Elaska's rider.

The thing is, he hasn't provided a serious source about the name Trabelssi yet. This might sound a bit smart-assy, but instead of whining around, this would have solved his problem in the first place. Anyway, I am sure we find a solution here.
