Done. Should have his passport back in around three days.
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

Mann.

Going through messages when I saw that Kristjan Cristof had the nationality Estonian rejected once and then Ukrainian rejected twice, which I don't get because you don't even need google to tell you that the names are Ukrainian and Estonian.

One (biggish) Estonia basketball national player https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kristjan_Kangur.
Ill add more if you ask.

Of course Kristjan isn't the problem. It's Cristof.

Clear spelling mistake for Christof, and even then Cristof is still a viable name. Atleast give me the chance to add the h.

Just checked and if you google cristof Estonia there are numberous amount of people called Cristof from Estonia.

I don't find any Cristof. Maybe you should just post the link here.

Only leso and Buh can change names. Write them a pm. I think they will add the "h".

http://kunden.eye.ch/swissgen/FL/flemin-e.htm

Jager Mussner was blocked for name.
Unless the symbols above the letter a and u are a problem they are both names from Liechtenstein.

Examples https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Renate_M%C3%BCssner

I mean if you google the names separate Liechtenstein is one of the 1st complete next words

The symbols are a problem sure. The rider was, however, stateless because there are two surnames!

There are millions of people (in the game and in the world) who have surnames as first names.

Please don't make him stateless because of this. You're really only doing this becuase its a lesser known country, supposing it was a more well known surname like Davis or Adler or Ellis which you wouldn't block if they were used TBH.

Maybe you should at your choice of names more caution

And Jager or Jäger is for sure no first name.

Meh it was worth a try. :)

Though seriously, would you block a name like Ellis Johnson or Adler Muller?

Ellis Johnson no, because this name real http://www.vorname.com/name,Ellis.html
Adler Muller yes, because Adler is no first name

But surely that begs the question:

How do you differentiate between a surname used as a first name and a surname that is a first name.

How popular should it be, how many people should have it, does it make sense, anyone can google 99% of blocked surnames and find at least 1 human who has that surname as an first name, like Campbell Scott, Mason Crosby, Kelly Clarkson.

The point I'm trying to make is that surnames are too much of a common place for them to be blocked because as I said, the smaller the country, the less the examples, but the examples still exist. At least discuss it with the rest of the committee. I see not much for Mussnar so his nationality isn't a problem anymore.

Thanks.

Oh come on, don't fuck around. Read the guidelines, use your brain. Come up with a serious source that supports your argument and it's no problem at all. Until then, Jager Mussner isn't a valid name according to the guidelines esp. if you want him to be from Liechtenstein. The last thing that we need here is another highly philosophical discussion about what is a name and what not. Thanks for your understanding.

There was no philosophy involved, I already said

" I see not much for Mussnar so his nationality isn't a problem anymore."

I was just asking general question so don't overreact like I asked you if the egg or chicken comes first.
