Ah, the problem of course is that Kwak Tae-hwi is family name-first name. Usual in Korea, like in Japan and China.
Japan then the most "western" of the 3. For example: 中村 俊輔 is Nakamura Shunsuke. No Japanese would have the idea to call him Shunsuke Nakamura when talking Japanese. Ok, most of the time only Shunsuke anyway. But, when written in English then they adapt and write Shunsuke Nakamura.
In China they don't, Mao Zedong, family name first name, stays the same in English, and if somebody would call him Zedong Mao at first nobody would understand who you are talking about. At RSF it has been handled liberally, rightly so. If it's first name-last name like RSF demands, it's ok. LIke Baoyu Qian. Even though everybody would call him Qian Baoyu. There are other cases where it's clearly last name first name, which has always been ok too, since it's a special case.
Korea is more like China as far as I now. Kwak Tae-Hwi stays that way in English too, even if his first name actually is Tae-Hwi. And not Kwak. So same case as for China. And IMO ok too, both should be accepted. And like in China the family name is usually one syllable or chinese character, Mao, Wang, Qian etc. the second name often 2, sometimes 1, not uncommon, but more usual 2. So Bao Yu, Ze Dong, often transcribed in one word. Baoyu etc. Korean which I'm less sure I think the same. family name usually 1 syllable, chinese character, Kwak, Kim, Pak/Park/ Hong etc. first name seems fairly consistently 2. Tae Hwik, Du Ri. And my guess is that like in China brothers share the first part, like Mao Zedongs brother was Mao Zemin (at least I think) Kwak Tae Hwi's brother would be Kwak Tae Roby or something.

Ok getting long
Short version
Kwak is a family name
Shin is the first part of a first name. Probably it's possible to have a 1 sign name as a first name too.
So by following the "orders" you get when you name a rider you put it in the wrong way around. Should have been Shin Kwak.
BUT, since like with Chinese it's rather unusual to see the first name - family name order even in English it should be no problem to accept both ways for China and Korea for sure. Even Japan even though there in English usually it's reversed to our way.

So give the guy his nationality back!

But Crissler should know when he talks with him that Kwak is his family name. So don't call him Herr Shin!!! He'll get confused and not deliver results

Hello,

I don't know if it was my mistake, meaning i forgot to put a nation, or if someone took out his nationality, which i would'nt understand, but could Sebastiao Delacruz have his brazilian passport?

Thanks to those in charge.

http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aleksander_Antson

Hier habe ich ihn her:
http://www.manor.ee/?id=937&manor_id=5
