From the NC-Guidelines:
Note to the users:

When giving a name to a rider, the guidelines are to be followed. Furthermore, a real existing or at least a name that sounds realistic hast o be chosen and appointed to a fitting nationality. The more uncommon or the more abnormal a name is, the likelier it is that the name will lead to discrepancies. If necessary a serious source for the rider’s name has to be submitted to the NC (f.e. a link to a serious website).
- read it. Your turn.
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

Ok, I just read it's not his birth name... I was just googling for "cuban boxers" and there was his picture + name and I took it.
Sorry.

We find no source for Blackadder. Show us a proof and he will get his pass back.

Hi guys, here a source for my rider Kim Cuong :D who lost her nationality :(

Cuong is used as a first name, you're right but too as a name (or a kind of nickname)

Btw, a guy who is named Pierre Vincent could have the same kind of case , Pierre and Vincent are often used as a first name but sometimes this is the family name ^^

Let me know if Kim could have her nationality back or not haha (Nina :( ) , thx, kiss ;)

The reason to make this rider stateless was, that "Kim Cuong" means "Diamond" and it's not a valid name, besides the fact that Cuong is not a family name, at least as far as I could research. Comparisons with french names are a bit far fetched...

https://vi.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kim_c%C6%B0%C6%A1ng -> https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diamond

And it's not helping that you call him "her" ;)

Took a while, sorry for that, but i changed it back to GB today. Will take the usual three days due to technical reasons.

Hello Nations Committee,

My rider Gerald Genepi is now "stateloss"

Génépi, with the french accent 'é', is a french name.

Used as a Family name Génépi is not popular for sure compare to Dupond or Dupont but still this familly name eXist !

Could you please bring back to Gerald his french flag ?

Cheers,
Hugo

A question regarding Owald Tröger from Stracke RC.
He is stateless, I don't care for what reason, but he wears the jersey for the Austrian NC, because he won it, back when he was obviously not stateless...
Could you do something, as he doesn't deserve the jersey IMO ? ;)

If it's about the flag from the national championships, this thread is the wrong place, as it's neither up to the NC to decide about this nor has the NC the competence to do so.
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

I don't see any nationality in the description. Anyway, as it is a fictional character you have to argue either a) that this name really exists or b) it sounds realistic for the nationality you want to choose.
