War hauptsächlich der vorname. Kenne und habe nur vinzenz gefunden. Aber falls sonst keiner einspruch erhebt kriegt auch der zenc seine nationalität zurück. Wollte dich aber vor allem einfach etwas ärgern ;)

There's a long history of Japanese in Peru, they even had a president with Japanese roots. In my opinion, it's ok to have one or the other Japanese name in Peru.

Now you're touching another tricky topic: How to write Japanese words in Latin letters. I don't know in that case, but usually, names in non-Latin scripts can be written in many ways in Latin script and Kumiku might just be a proper one. But I don't know that. Maybe the ape can enlighten us (even with Aux being the subject).

Enlighten you?

Ok.
DanteII Mattarozzi
MicheleII Trapani
NiccolòII Pucci

Will all come soon and of course will be ok. I'm a friend of Aux, so it will pass.

Kumiko is the Japanese name. And no real question about transcription.
Kumiku? No idea what Peruvians do with their names.... Peruvian Japanese... maybe it changed to Kumiku somehow? How should I know, why not. Have seen worse. I'd would have let it pass. Of course the real point here is not htat. The real point is that AUX wouldn't let a Kumiku pass without proof. Just kick him from that committee, from the other one too, a nice fine around 5k (purely symbolic) doesn't hurt either and then treat him like the rest.

So I can name a rider Akihitu Sanchez and give him a peruvian nationality without he lose it ? I don't think. I want an example for Kumiku. It isn't credible for the nation comitee to let at this rider his nationality if the name doesn't exist in the real life !

Who says that our riders have to exist in real life? Many of them are fictional. The names just have to be kind of realistic and if Akihitu is a real Japanese name, there's no problem to have him as long as you don't give Japanese names to all Peruvians. Having a few of them is ok, if you consider Peru's history.

Edit: New rider in Team Alkworld on 01.04.: Carlos Yushimito (Peru)

The real name is Akihito. That's Pokes point, the name itself is not real. Like Kumiku (as far as I know, not going to check, it could exist too) But what he misses is: The rules, now that we have rules again:

Here: viewtopic.php?f=34&t=3207
Excerpt:
§ 1:
(1) All first and surnames (family names) should exist in reality or at least sound realistic.
The question here is really only if it sounds realistic for the committee or not. And would be the same with Akihitu.

Ok, it isn't that clear what Poke meant ;-). He made it sound like it's mostly about the Peruvians with Japanese roots and not about Japanese first names in general. I agree that if Kumiku and Akihitu are not proper Japanese first names, they shouldn't be used for either Japanese, Peruvian-Japanese, Brazilian-Japanese or German-Japanese riders.

Yes it is only about the first name Alk, not about the nationality. And Kumiku...not realistic.

Thats the problem most of the time. Akihitu sounds for me like a japanese first name, but not for you. but i have no japanese background, so its hard for me - and i guess also for most of the other comite members - if were talking about not common european names.

Where did you look? And did you also look on pages with the Greek alphabet? I also think that taking Mr. Mykonos nationality away is a bit too strict.
