Someone explains to me if there is a "train effect". When kyle was the only one climber, he doesn't train at all with 70%. Now that in the team there is "The Beast" he reaches 84 in Climbing. And 59 in flat. with 11% in Mountain and 3% in flat.

The game has a problem with me or ? 3 66% flat miss by Akira this month, 2 63% for Yakumo (when Tenma miss 3/4 at the same age), the same Tenm who is block at 84 mount at 25 yo, STOP GIVE ME TRAINING FOR GIRLS WHO HAVEN'T NECESSITY TO TRAIN !

He's as good as Don Quijote has been yesterday ;). It seems to help to have Sancho Panza now in the team.

Training 5.2.2013 - 27.2.2013:
Antonio Narino (35) Flach: -3, Abfahrt: -2, Zeit: -2, Sprint: -1
Esteban Echeverria (35) Flach: -2, Berg: -2, Abfahrt: -1, Zeit: -1, Sprint: -1
Pablo Picasso (33) Berg: -1, Flach: -1, Abfahrt: -1
Pedro Almodovar (33) Flach: -1
Juan Montalvo (31) Abfahrt: -2, Zeit: -1
Jorge CarreraAndrade (30) Zeit: -1
Don Quijote (27) Sprint: +1, Berg: +1
Francisco Santander (26) Berg: +1
Caetano Veloso (25) Berg: +1
Federico GarciaLorca (24) Berg: +2, Abfahrt: -1, Sprint: +2
Carlos Cespedes (23) Flach: +1
Eloy GutierrezMenoyo (22) Flach: +3, Berg: +1
George Orwell (22) Sprint: +3
Sancho Panza (21) Berg: +4, Flach: +4
Mixed results. Picasso really sucked with losing the three important skills right away, Narino and Echevarria already lost a bit much flat and CaCe was really bad considering his young age. Highlights were Don Quijote and Sancho Panza (4/4), who only needed to be together apparently, and Federico, who turned even more into a useful allround rider.

Gerard Fournier Zeit: -1
Ayrton SennaDaSilva Berg: +1
Aaron Brathwaite Flach: +1
Aaron Brathwaite Zeit: -1
Obadele Brathwaite Sprint: +1
Groucho Marx Berg: +1
Groucho Marx Flach: +1

I'm noticing a strange thing.

when Kyle race together with Gerard Fournier, he starts to train mountain (2 in a row).
Now Ayrton is racing with Gerard: 2 mountain in a row, despite his 30 years.

And i noticed that the 36yo Gerard will start as 89-63. What a beast

Training February

Charles Timonier (26) : + 4 Berg --> 73. Amazing month for him;
Matthieu Deroy (22) : +4 Sprint --> 89. Pretty good also.
Georg Preidler (23) : +3 Berg --> 83. Great Job.
Jean PetitJean (22) : +4 TT --> 61, +3 Flat --> 78. A bit more than expected. On time on TT training.
Jolien Maréchal (27) : +1 Flat --> 75. One point was expected. and flat is a good choice.
Thomas Dépucelle (29) +2 Flat --> 81. Really surprising. It's never too late to take some points.
Jéyoun Grossteub : Equal
Terence Vrunethen : Equal
David Jaret (38) : -4 Berg/TT/Sprint,-3 Flat, -1 Down. Funny how he protects his downhill skill.
Franco Delponte (35) : -1 Berg, -2 Flat, -2 Down, -3 TT, -2 Sprint. -10, with statistically -7.... Hard month for him.
Piet Vanhuis (33) : -1 Flat/Sprint, - 2 Down. - 4, statistically -2... Also pretty hard for him.
Yannick Frognet (27) : +1 Sprint. Anecdotic... but maybe what made him win het Volk.
Marissa Lopard (29) : -1 TT. I don't mind.

Tremendous Up training, downtraining a bit harder (as usual), but I can't complain at all.
