Quite a sad training month for Team Alkworld. Don Quijote finally continued his training with 25 yrs now, but mostly negative ones (he'll be really cheap). The classic riders still refuse to train and the new ones take it slow as well. Only Santander might be able to be not that bad. OHiggins is the positive surprise, but also not really needed that much. The oldies are also not that bad. The usual downhill and TT negative trainings worked fine however.

Rakhat Momyshuly Zeit: -1
Not too happy with this... Scodreanu and Rakhat losing the thing they are not covering, blah. Ramirez losing mountain, urg... Markku losing lots, ok, not sprint, good, but he's old, so ok. The young ones trained, Villa and Mollagholipour flat=very good, both took theire 35-40%. Narcisse=nothing. grrr. Bastard.50-50 might not be a good idea for him. Avranescu double, very good, Peterhans was clear, so all ok, Tasman double, was hoping for a triple, but double is ok. No flat, hopefully that will come later a bit. What's missing is the 25 year olds, down instead of up or a positive surprise by an older guy.

Villa and Fariborz, excellent. Daiken another mountain, now that he restarted he seems to like training! Tasman only mountain, not a guy that like risk... flat-sprint nothing, last week +1 sprint. Narcisse double, good too. The oldies ok, they are old after all.

Hanspeter Peterhans Flach: +1
Romulus Avranescu Zeit: +1
Romulus Avranescu Sprint: +1
Villa,Mollagholipour+Scodreanu, so already a good training, excellent. They really plan to go for Roubaix it seems. Narcisse another double, very very nice too. Romulus too. Abel again only mountain, no 48% for the third time, no 66% sprint for the second time, ok, that's the risk with the risky training... Buttu continues to refuse to train flat, so now we change back to mountain... maybe he likes that better?
Markku and Yesid in one of their last trainings, ok, the important stuff stayed. Even if in Markku's case nothing is really important anymore...

Some good stuff there, Tasman+Scodreanu and BUTTU. Only downhill, but at least he restarts training. Seki flat, he probably felt to weak on pavé during the pavétour?

The negative trainings were pretty irrelevant and somehow as expected. But the positive trainings were, after a long period of suffering, excellent. Santander becoming some kind of classic, Federico catching up, Veloso also very good, Roldos and even CarreraAndrade (!) with some surprising trainings. Only the very young guys don't meet the expectations. And Don Quijote of course is still busy fighting windmills. Another notable fact is that Pablo Picasso now managed to skip training completely for 26 sessions! Congratulations to that. Maybe I have to reopen the thread for the "Club der Trainingverweigerer".

TRAPANI. Now 81 downhill and 50 TT! Rest, Buttu there, yeah, Narcisse continues, good man. Abel with a double, yeah. Zibi too. Gao mountain. Avranescu full flat, 85%, first time he doesn't train... bah. But might change some trainings for next time, Narcisse might need flat now, if he continues with mountain he'll cost too much.
