Unfortunately I have to complain about relieving Braulio Bacardi's Cuban passport.

Cuba's official language is Spanish, I guess everyone agrees with that?
Most of the Cubans have Spanish names. (just have a look at the current Cuban riders...)

Braulio is a common spanish first name
- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Braulio

Bacardi is a spanish (or even cuban) family name.
Most famous is Facundo Bacardi, who founded the famous rum company.

So please give Braulio Bacardi his passport back.

After fighting so long for independence, Bernardo wants either the Argentinian or Chilean nationality back.

Liebes Nationenkomitee,
der Fahrer Ralf Rinke-Leitans ist durchaus lettischer Nationalität.
http://eliteprospects.com/player.php?player=42509

Daher bitte nicht wieder die Nation entfernen.

Dear Nations Komitee,
of course the rider Ralf Rinke-Leitans has the Latvian nationality. (can be seen on the linke above)
Please do not take it away a second time.

I've bought a new young driver, he should be from Estonia and I was just wasted in the nation selected and Germany.
Can the Nations committee directly change the nation? His name is Toomas Märtin and comes to 01.03. the team.
I'm the boss of Nations Committee (Hansa team) even wrote a PN, but unfortunately received no response.(Goggle Translator)

Gruß aus dem Hunsrueck.

we see the names of the youth-riders at the 1st of the new month...change of nationality is possible at midnight, when the riders join the team
a short reminder via PN to me at the date and i'll change the nationality

Two riders that got my attention from Saffunzanos:

- Shawn Kemp: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shawn_Kemp

Was a famous US basketball player. At RSF, he has the nationality "Bahamas" -> wrong

- Drew Nicholas: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drew_Nicholas

Both have no connection at all to Bahamas. Well, I don't know if they were there for vacation once...

So what does that change? Or is it technically not possible?

My rider Townsend King wants his nationality as an US American back.

The reasons for withdrawing his nationality was an implausible name.

Here are examples for this given name: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Townsend_% ... Given_name
If the surname was the problem, here are examples for King: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/King_%28surname%29

Many people from this examples are US Americans.
