well, we need a Newsletter for the votes at the end of the year with a link. something like "Hello guys, we have some votes for the rider/teams of the year awards 2011, go there and vote, use that link bla bla bla".

a lot of teams do not know something about the votes. and a lot of other members have to be motivated to vote with an asskick.
