Number of trainings looks quite good, but actually a bad training. Almost every downtraining hurt a lot here.
Uptrainings just not getting any less frustrating. Every single classic disappoints again. Mokrytskyi missing 76%, 72 mountain classics are not able to train since last year and Hinestroza with a single taining at 21

Bad training, not much +, many -

Zawrel again with the double training, now I am getting too scared and will move to 100% climbing instead of 90%-100%.
Jarausch taking 100%
Schönberg changed to mountain again and takes it right away at 80%
Zawinul missing 80% mountain
Bockelmann losing sprint is not great, but with 56 it was planned to not cover it, more mountain would really not hurt him

Not horrible, but still far away from good.
Downtraining mostly fine. Palamarchuk losing flat and Mamatkhodzhaev mountain the only ones that really hurt. Though it would still be nice to have a few uptrainings with lower percentages in the way the downtrainings happen.
Uptraining just disappointing. Pretty much only the expected uptrainings while missing plenty of decent opportunities in other places. Only positive surprise is Carhuaricra again. 86 flat from a 73 start at 24 is great. Wish I had a proper pavé leader for the spring to put him to good use

Ok, for once i post my training again. A) because it looks pretty good (young team, lots of upside) and B) because it seems that my October plan is not working and I need something else to do. :)

The most positive stuff: Bovo doing the double training mountain and flat and Brian suddenly wants to be better at flat. On the other hand, Steingrimur wants to become cheaper as he was not allowed to win lately.
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

Gallego -5
Vigni -2, keeps flat
Iskanderov -2,
Ousland -2, keeps the most important ones, but downhill down not ideal.
Lafuente -1

+
Kagge +1 Nice, pretty irrelevant but nice
Bonjour loses TT, fine
Sherifo mountain again, now 75-72
Wüthrich this time takes the mountain, good, 55-82 now
Gerber continues the normal program, now 66 mountain
Subirachs at 100% logic too
Pitarch a double, nice.

So happy, Sherifo makes it good regardless of the rest.

Oldies very fine:
Gallego -4
Vigni -3 keeping flat
Ousland -1 mountain the onyl negative
Kotibaruly loses TT

+
Kagge again, 82 now, 62 start. 3 trainings at 32, took 2. He doesn't want to be the first in tempo, still Subirachs?
Bonjour loses TT, ok
Wüthrich mountain, 56-82
Gerber mountain 67-76
Subirachs flat, 81 now
Pitarch another double, 76-56, +3 +3 so far, good.

The Eritreans missing, but somehow Kagge makes it kind of cool, even if not overly meaningful, still, +2 at 32 is cool. Good oldies too, so overall ok I'd say. Thanks to the oldies even a slight +?

All in all a mixed month.

Zawrel is taking 4x mnt and 4x flat at 21 (77-58), so perfect start. The first 2 sessions we took a bit of a risk for mountain, then changed to 100% and still he took both flat.

Jarausch taking 4x 100% flat and 1x mountain at around 20% at 23 (58-64).

Schönberg taking 1x flat and then put everything on mountain to take 3x mnt at ~80% at 24 (65-83 now)

Zawinul taking 3x mnt at > 80% at 24 (63-56 with 87 sprint), we hoped for 4 but I guess 3 is ok, little under average.

Bockelmann is downtraining 1 sprint and that is the great minus side. Not a single mountain training at 25 is hard (64-72 with 85 TT)

Mundy is taking 2x mnt at 25 (thats about what we hoped for Bockelmann) and is now 64-80

Zapf taking 1x flat to reach 80 flat at 25

Bortkevych no training at all at 27

Izuguchi taking one mnt at 27 (63-86 now)

Finally another classic above 72 mountain. Overall not great, but also not bad, so a big improvement compared the last trainings.
Nembhard -5 is a bit unfortunate, hoped to at least keep flat one more time. Other skills don't really matter. Mamatkhodzhaev losing another mountain point also quite bad at 33.
Uptraining pretty good, though would have prefered other guys to train much more. Tikhomirov finally at 73, but all other classics would have been better. Still going to take it of course. More flat for Pak also nice, but not really important. Apart from that only high percentage trainings, but at least no one missing out on anything there.

Gallego -5
Vigni -3, this time flat gone, not good, but ok.
Ousland -3 sprint and TT ok, flat much less.
Lafuente -1 flat, with no Andes planned anymore he's now basically waiting for retirement. After second in the Giro, rode TdS, no Tour, no Vuelta, no Andes now, ... so doesn't really matter.

+

Ah, well Kemel -1 downhill. NOt covering, not planning to start.
Wüthrich takes his high 80es, now 57-82. Missed one of the mountains this month.
Gerber takes his 100%
Subirachs takes his 91% I think it was? 82 flat now, good
Pitarch the double, and that's the highlight. 4+4 at 21, seldom happens for me, this time it did. 77-57 now

So the sure and very likely ones trained, the rest didn't, Plus Pitarch with 67%? Or something like that. Ok, better than those guys like Subirachs and Wüthrich missing, and Pitarch's flat is good, for the rest the nice + is missing.
