Not as good as last training, but still pretty decent. Lucifero trained for the mountains in week 3 and Rik for the flat stages... oh wait... dammit. Anyway, good old Karl seems to be happy about Rik's return and trains with him. Eberle clinging on a roster spot, but I fear it's too late for him, he has to leave at the end of the month. Stenberg gets even cheaper, he might survive June.
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

2025-05-27 Magnus Jensen Flat +1

The good:
Redrocks 12/12 at 23. Makes up for his 71 start and doesn't lose ground to his white competitor like this (Redrocks and Zuk in training: https://youtu.be/MF3Hg6FBBSU?si=eI5_nBwbMnM_ye3u). Jensen double training, finally! Wolf with an unexpected climb training at 30, now a 70-80. Nice! Henkey now at the same level as Goris flat wise, our highest rated flattie

The bad:
Kerken not training at all at 22... Missed his third consecutive ~50% secondary training and now a 93% primary training too. Lazy prick

Welcome to the joy of C4F! :D

But over the years, what would good training be without the contrast of the bad one. Now you just have to hope he's a late bloomer ;)

Busy oldies this time

Novelli -5 at 38
Almirall -4 at 37, keeps the mountain, 50% there...
Koopman -3 at 36, drops flat too.
Bucquoy -1 at 35, percentages -27% to -36%. Downhill, so perfect.
Fortunay -3 at 34, that's a lot. Percentages -17 to -25... but ok, keeps the 2 important skills, so still ok, looks worse than it really is.

So... actually ok. Most important 33+ rider is Bucquoy, he keeps mountain-sprint. Almirall keeps mountain, but with 74 flat he is a bit useless now, but well, as a battery basically. Novelli is Novelli, we are already celebrating his retirement that will happen in July, as for Koopman, his lack of results and skills makes him almost endearing.

+
Ganambarr mountain, now 59-80. But what is he there for, he did his job with 2 wins in spring. Oh well, his role in the team now is basically: Star. Star power, star aura, inspiration.
Kebede, did the training change, mountain with 25% sprint chance, didn't work, but ok mountain is nice too, 60-69 with 75 sprint. Maybe should have taken the sure sprint... but seemed worth taking the risk, not sure what it was anymore actually, I think 87-28...
Winzenried flat, good 81 flatm 81.3 pavé, loads of time to become a really strong pavé rider.
Gallego double, now 97-87, so was probably 100-9x before. perfect training so far 59-76. Big hopes to get him to 78 flat now!!!

Not a really good training, Ganambarr is nice, but a bit late, that was the positive surprise. But still ok finally Onkelinx after a good start now missing 3 of 4 at 24, hoped for more, but ok 41% percent, it's not scandalous to get only 1. Still of course hoped to get another flat for him.
Kraftsystemrevision! Include the distance!
Basics reform: Give blue a chance!
Don't punish bugusers. We all have to use bugs, since most of them are declared as "features"!
Got a carrot from FL. But they threaten to take it away now.

It seems I have complained enough about the last training to get a better one. The young guard, Marek, Loup, Myron, and Adriaan, were all taking the training I hoped for. Thorvald taking the low percentage flat now, I expected/wished he would get at some point. Downtraining is mostly good, but Jung Hee taking a very unlikely Sprint down-training is not.

Overall, most riders are either as expected or a bit beyond expectation, so I am happy (or I just have realistic expectations). Thorvald, Adriann, and Loup are very good, while Myron and Marek are mediocre and still can become very strong riders with more luck in the future.

I can barely remember the last training that was actually good. This time again not a single uptraining for anyone over 23. At least downtraining is looking decent.
Still it's starting to get quite frustrating

The 21 year olds have just begun
while the Fürst goes on and is still not done.
The rest trains down
no reason to frown
In the end, the Fürst wears the crown... because he's a Fürst, not because he has won anything, you get it, I think...

Novelli -5
Almirall -3, keeps mountain, 38 years old, still 62, good.
Koopman - 2 37, flat down again. 76 there now.
Bucquoy -2 at 36, good mountain down, but 61-61 with 78 sprint
Fortuny -1, sprint, likes to lose sprint, already 4 down, but keeps the rest so far, mountain+flat (pavé)
Uru, 34 double, but nothing to care about. sprint just wanted to be like Dixon&Lachance I guess. 43 for the win!
Roy + Taiaroa nothing at 33

So oldies actually very very good.

+
Kebede 76 sprint now
Gallego double, good, risk training, worked 60-77!
Vigni: Only flat, no 73% mountain, 46-74

Gallego very nice, Kebede too. he's at the 67% stage.. Winzenried the same, but missed. Some Toulet-Onkelinx-Lüthi or so would have been nice, but actually double Gallego with his 72-63 now risk is important. We'll keep it for a bit longer.

The guys are not as young anymore, so it's a training I can live with. Loup is fantastic, and Adriaan is also very nice. Marek's miss is bad, on the other hand. For the old guard, sadly, downtraining is expected.

Novelli at 39 and Koopman at 37 full program.
Almirall, 38, -4, keeps flat.
Bucquoy -3 keeps sprint and flat. Holding up well at 36
Fortuny -2, keeps flat, still 84
Uru loses only TT, excellent

+
Starts with a - by Onkelinx. TT.
Kebede sprint, now 60-69-77
Winzenried flat, 82 both flat and pavé now.
Double Gallego, 61-78 now.
Double Vigni, 47-75.

Oldest + is 24, the 25 year old did a minus, but 21-24 doing perfect training makes this good.

Quite decent training this time. A bit more downtraining than I hoped for, but has to be expected for a few of the old guard.
Uptraining pretty average, but just extremely frustrating to see Poggiolini. Would have been better if he hadn't trained at all instead of getting my hopes up when I saw his name. Young guys overall taking pretty much what was expected, so nothing to really complain about

Good good good. Sten keeps mountain, flat and sprint, Kind Joffrey flat. Lautaro wants to become the best classic in ages for Team FL, at least reagarding his mountain skill and the rest trains as expected. For once, the Fürst leaves out training, but still a chance that he's a 85 climber until the TdF.

Not bad, especially Adriaan is excellent. Lauri ended his 18-month streak without training (26-4 to 31-1). 91 flat is nice, of course, the only downside is that I will enjoy it for a short time only. The longest run without training is now Sophus, 16 trainings (27-3 to 31-2 ongoing). Downtraining is nice, as only Nikolay loses flat with 38.
