you can set the sitter unter More -> Profile -> Sitter on the left side.
On the right you see which teams you are sitting. There you can switch to sitter mode which gives you a restricted view for the team you are sitting.

I could FSCL, but your preference will go to another. I'm in my 2nd month in c4f and on my first big tour. never raced in the mountains. I don't have any climbers on my team. I have never done "sitting" before: all in all a risk, but let me know. (anyone else?)
