Messerli -4 again, keeps flat.
Trewlove -3, losing the 2 important skills
Teixeira -3, losing mountain, but keeps flat and downhill, which is nice.
Coderch -2, downhill and sprint, but he really already has downtrained so much that it almost doesn't matter anymore. -4 each mountain and flat. And if not the main skills he loses others, -4 sprint, -3 downhill -1 TT. In 11 trainings.
Stakhanov: Should be Coderch's idol. Well, too late anyway. NO downtraining, at 35, same age as Coderch. -2 mountain, 0 flat, -2 downhill, -2 TT -2 sprint. Of course that is excellent training, doubt that's standard.
Löffel 34, Moretti 33 no downtraining.
So very good downtraining really, even Coderch this time around good. (have I mentioned that it's too late?)
Bieri takes his 100% and is at 67 mountain now.
Short a double, nice, but just not missing 3 flat trainings of 7 at 90+% would have been much much better. Now 53-78. Yes, his mountain training this month very lucky. Already 2, now 26%. Don't care, give me flat. Yes, could change it to 100%, but I expect my riders to deliver even with 90%. Not 100% but more than the 56% he has.
Bradman: triple. His second one... Now 48-72-58-52-48. Next 99% flat, I stick with it. He has to show his compatriot how to train. Mountain and sprint +2 is kind of nice. But not that important.
Nothing else, 24+ missing. Bah. Asier +1 needed next time to have an average training.
