Time bonusses

20 seconds for a win in a flat stage in a 5 days stage race is too much. No stage race in the world allocates 20 seconds for a win, except GTs. The usual time bonusses for the first three are 10-6-4 in most of the stage races. Some even less. (and 3-2-1 at intermediate sprints outside a GT).
