Does anyone know the rule when all teams are finishing in same time ?

What's taken into account to reward the best team prize ?

In Christmas tour 10am, many teams in same time, Ansach got it; wondering how and why ?

I hope thats wrong but i wouldnt bet on it

Maybe the best 3 per stage still counted but positionwise as time was the same and added up for all stages?
