Hello,

I have a sprinter (Arnaud Bouhanni) that is supposed to improve sprint skill by 92% each training.
However in 3 training this month he only improved by one level.

How is that possible?

92% means that you have 92% chance that the trained skill earns +1 and 8% chance that nothing happen (+0)
there are 4trainings a month, so maximum +4 per month per skill.

so in 3 training i should have got at least +2, no?

it depends, 3 times you have 92% chances of +1, so max +3, but minimum +0 because everytime there are 8% chance you get nothing.

Ok, I thought the % were added each time, and so 92% * 3 = 276, so meant at least 2
I didn'y know it was % of chances
