Does a 39 year old reture during a tour?

Hi
As many of you know, I have some 39 year old riders
Now, well, if I would ride the 10 day tour which starts tomorrow would those riders finish the tour with my team or just retire during the tour?
I'm pretty sure they retire, but I thought, I better ask.

i think they retire i ask the question some time ago and everyone says they will retire but nobody no pleas try it with 1 than we have an answer the onliest one who can answer you could be buhman but maybe he also don´t know^^

I nearly try it last month with Mc Bernick, I finally forgotted that to avoid a bad surprise...

Whata disapintment, I got home too late to inscribe for the tour. So my guys will retire without clarifying this situation.
