time of forms change

Actually the form of a rider change at 00:00 midnight , I had always a problem with the form in late races at 23h or 24h..I set the top form for x day ,but if i ride at 23h that day form will change during the race and I miss my top form...it happend a lot..the time of form change should be the same as the day change imo.
