We really need this kind of update btw...

No, we don't.
This sprint system is a failure, it's not salvageable. What's needed is a whole new approach. Some changes here and there won't make the system good, the fundamental flaws are too great for that.
Kraftsystemrevision! Include the distance!
Basics reform: Give blue a chance!
Don't punish bugusers. We all have to use bugs, since most of them are declared as "features"!

Actually I prefer much more the concept of this sprint system than the previous one...

The concept is a sprint where you see every 50mt what you get.
Energy, positioning and so on are just parameters that can be changed, the nice thing there is the interactivity.
He can put thousands of variables to make energy count less.

ps : Huns , i don't understand what you meant in

" Sprinter A is bringing in position: Helper A, Helper B, Helper C
Sprinter B is bringing in position: Helper D, Helper E, Helper F
Sprinter C is bringing in position: Helper G, Helper H, Helper I"

3 helpers for each rider? impossible no?
I do only a copy from Buh´s post^^

I think teams who bring a team with much flatpower at start, the sprinter should get a bonus. And the teams with no/low flatguys should get a handicap.
So teams with more sprinters receive a big disadvantage.

Only an Example:

Basic average for flatpower 80

Team A with a 90 sprinter
flatpower average 80
the sprinter stay at 90 sprint.

Team B with a 90 Sprinter
flatpower average 75 a handicap from maybe 5%
the sprinter is only at 85,5 sprint

Team B with a 90 sprinter
flatpower average 85 sprinter get a bonus from maybe 5%
the sprinter start with 94,5

the percent should be adapted accordingly.
Here 5% assumed for simplicity ;)
