voting system for short races

I want to suggest a voting system for the short races. It would be a poll before the race starts, what race type should be ridden(flat,classic,mountain, pavé, ITT, TTT) would give the waiting time a little sense and can be a good training for TT or pavé or ..
Most important question: Buh, can you programm that?

short races are too unimportant to implement such complicated things in my eyes, and because you earn race points there you shouldnt always know before the profil
