Excelent Riders at inactive Teams!

Hi guys. Last night i searched for good riders and i found that:
1. a lot of excelent riders that cannot compete because their manager is inactive.
2. a lot of teams that are farmers (buy young riders, train and sell him but not compete in race).

For example:
1. Heinz Lohr, team Silenzos, 85 53 50 81 46 36 reg. This guy is a monster but he not compete because the team is inactive.
2. Julien Cassage, team Avaya, 90 50 79 61 50 49 reg. Another monster guy, he not compete because the team is a farm.
3. Vladislav Stoyanov, team Tonkpils, 89 55 50 68 52 61 reg. Another monster guy, he not compete because the team is deleted (i think).
4. 330830, team Ases do Pedals, 89 57 70 48 50 42 reg. Guy that not compete, the team founded in july, ride a race and become inactive.
5. 337164, team Efklis, 89 51 76 49 55 39 reg. Guy that not compete because the team NOT race ever. I think is inactive too.
6. Jostroo Josinmjinreet, team Joskes, 89 52 73 55 50 57 reg. Rider at a team with 4 races, inactive from september.
7. 342044, team Streetphone, 88 58 74 48 52 42 reg. Guy that not compete because the team NOT race ever. I think is inactive too.
8. 342301, team URDTires, 88 51 77 49 55 36 reg. Rider at a team with 1 race, inactive from september.
9. Danilo Mezzari, team Liquigas CSC, 88 52 64 49 51 40 reg. Guy that not compete because the team NOT race ever. I think is inactive too.
10. Tt Dupont, team Focus, 88 49 70 66 52 38 reg. Another guy, he not compete because the team is a farm.

And with a little search you found a lot of this. For the moment i'll stop here with the list. I think that admins should be more "in" in this game, search for this riders and kick him from his team and put on transfer list. This riders is a "must buy" for any team.

How about this: newly bought riders do not train until the team has ridden a race?

On the other hand, setting those super-riders free from their inactive teams will lead some of the active teams to buy them, which will also "unbalance" the skillsets we know now. (For example instead of having 10 active 88+ climbers, we might have 15-20. Which means that anything lower will become REALLY chanceless).

Only 1?

1st training is on day 5 or so of the month. Teams who are not supporters can only ride 10 races a month, so 1 every 3rd day.

and also this game should not become a "force online" thing. Where you only improve when you're comstantly online. I think it's a good thing to have riders train despite you're on vacation or just take a break from the game cause you're fed up about all those multis, people who think all italians eat spaghetti or people who name portugal "west iberia" .
