Support the keep-it-simple idea of RKL, not just for technical implementation reasons but also that managers easily understand the changes.

I am pretty sure that sprint settings are not cancelled. But I would agree to not touch the stage races or simply by reducing the percentage of missing for a stage to be counted offline.

At one day races I would like to increase the reset from 15km to 15 minutes (sometimes it is really hard to organize your riders escape/chase tempo when you are working), but then cancel riding, sprinting and following and also helping (the last one I am in favor of but understand if not everybody agrees)

PS: sprint is not taken out after being offline. Confirmation today's 11h race with chem

-Still simple: Make the percentage lower. 60% of stages off right now really only eliminates those that stopped the race...Make it 40% of stages 60% off or 60% of stages 40% off (combination) or 40-40 really ok too.
I like that, fully supporting that. And very easy to implement.

1 day races:
15 km tempo out. Sprint out (only important for the final sprint really, and if we have sensible mintact that gives you 15', not just 7'30".
25 km following out
Helping stays.
Percentages can go down. Total 60%. But maybe don't count anything under 3' offline. Right now you're shown as off after 3 km I think? So that's 1'30" and it probably counts you as offline if you don't click in one km too? Or was Buh clever enough to only count it as offline if it was 3km or more? In 30" change that to 6 km as counting, still show offline after 3 km though. Then we can go down
Changing the current percentages of time consecutively offline will be very easy. Changing the way it's counted (total offline time during the race) is a lot more complex, as the data needs to be collected first (currently it's simply based on current offline time).
Furthermore it kills lots of the way office people play the game, where you cannot really control when you'll have time, and in many races you're simply passive checking from time to time, if everything looks like expected. In my case e.g. I'm simply looking on my 2nd screen without refreshing a lot, if I'm not in an active role within the race.

60km offline, sucking week, followed an attack, than came back online found himself 2 minutes better than others, sprinted. And all that for place 20. I would say this is what make good players leave.

How many time do you find yourself checking on phone how race is going while you are doing something else? (It happend to me every time you plan a damn tour at h20:00) I suppose 2/3 Times every week happend to you too. And why your real life time is less important than a sucker time?

An anti-sucker rule is needed.

- If you are offline for more than 20km (literaly never push refresh for 10 minutes) don’t deserve to keep the following.
- If you are offline for more than 40km your sprint/attack/follow button are deactivate for the stage (ok too much let’s say next 40 km’s)

If you loved to suck weels for half stage at least you must be forced to play better the other half.
Be forced to play to don’t lose time during Tours, let’s be rude, understand how to play the game for have better chances and not just go around with 3 climbers/super sprint train.
Literaly this rule will involve just THAT 3/4 players but after 2 months I’m sick to see ALWAYS the same guys suck weels for half stage than wake up last 20 minutes and sprint/attack at last km.
Literaly.. Why are you playing? And why are we playing if an antiplayer is allowed to do that EVERYTIME?
