TTT prize money

Just 8 teams gaining money and points feels kind of weird and needs to be changed!

Also the 60% offline rule doesn't seem to work.

noticed the same (offline rule). The team disappears in the online status bar (that thing with the green and yellow circles) but not from the race screen.
