Post by Liquigas-CND » Sat Sep 09, 2017 11:29 am

1. The tour begins with a TTT won by Alkworld.
Alkworld 00:00:00
Schartner Bombe 00:00:06
Team Suessem 00:00:18
Rasmussenbank 00:00:21
Spinner 00:00:24
Liquigas-CND 00:00:27
..
Herakles 00:00:36
SV Furpach 00:00:54

2. 2nd Stage won by spinner.

01. 00:00:00 Ioan Cuza (spinner) ,02. 00:00:00 Kevin Mertens (Hessen Cycling), 03. 00:00:00 Roy Miller (SV Furpach) 04. 00:00:01 William Washington (Gipfelstuermer) 05. 00:00:01 Carlo Genovese (Liquigas-CND)

3. 3rd Stage was the most important for what was going to happen during the entire tour.
01. 00:00:00 Dan Mueller (Team Suessem)
02. 00:00:00 John Constable (Alkworld)
03. 00:00:00 Ali Boukamoun (Hessen Cycling)
04. 00:00:00 Boris Jansen (Rasmussenbank)

15. 00:10:16 Mirko Pesch (Team Suessem)
16. 00:10:16 Orlando Salazar (Liquigas-CND)
17. 00:10:16 Godwin Ligo (SV Furpach)
18. 00:10:16 William Turner (Alkworld)
19. 00:10:26 Pyotr Kalashnikov (Liquigas-CND)
20. 00:10:26 Carlo Genovese (Liquigas-CND)
23. 00:10:53 Wladislaw Stojanow (Herakles)

So what Liquigas-CND decided to do was to throw the bait in the lake by letting abt 10 min to 3 very good classics and waited for Alkworld especially to bite it later when it was very clear that Alk will decide to ride for his classics instead of going for the best climber in the field.
This is Alk dirty style…he is trying to win a GT with a classic while having the best climber in the field… but it’s not going to happen this time. Alk should know that Liquigas-CND is not Mosca or Belloz…

4. 4th stage was decided at sprint- winner 01. 00:00:00 William Washington (Gipfelstuermer)

5. 5th stage – Turner wins against Salazar
01. 00:00:00 William Turner (Alkworld)
02. 00:00:00 Orlando Salazar (Liquigas-CND)
03. 00:00:02 Godwin Ligo (SV Furpach)
04. 00:00:03 Mirko Pesch (Team Suessem)
05. 00:00:03 Pyotr Kalashnikov (Liquigas-CND)
06. 00:00:03 Wladislaw Stojanow (Herakles)
14. 00:00:35 Boris Jansen (Rasmussenbank)
15. 00:00:35 John Constable (Alkworld)
18. 00:00:50 Dan Mueller (Team Suessem)

6. 6th stage won by Furpach… Alkworld seiebed Dan Muller
01. 00:00:00 Avard Moncur (SV Furpach)
13. 00:03:53 Orlando Salazar (Liquigas-CND)
14. 00:03:53 Pyotr Kalashnikov (Liquigas-CND)
15. 00:03:53 William Turner (Alkworld)
16. 00:03:53 Godwin Ligo (SV Furpach)
20. 00:03:53 John Constable (Alkworld)
21. 00:03:53 Boris Jansen (Rasmussenbank)
23. 00:03:53 Wladislaw Stojanow (Herakles)
28. 00:03:53 Mirko Pesch (Team Suessem)
29. 00:03:53 William Shakespeare (Alkworld)
34. 00:04:35 Dan Mueller (Team Suessem)

7. 7th stage won by Rasmussen, favos finished with the winner
01. 00:00:00 Jan Vandalen (Rasmussenbank)
28. 00:00:25 Dan Mueller (Team Suessem) lost time again.

8. 8th stage won by Gipfelstuermer
01. 00:00:00 Anibal Alves (Gipfelstuermer)
13. 00:15:47 Orlando Salazar (Liquigas-CND)
14. 00:15:48 William Turner (Alkworld)
15. 00:15:59 Pyotr Kalashnikov (Liquigas-CND)
16. 00:15:59 Mirko Pesch (Team Suessem)
17. 00:16:00 Godwin Ligo (SV Furpach)
19. 00:16:00 Wladislaw Stojanow (Herakles)
23. 00:16:38 Boris Jansen (Rasmussenbank)
27. 00:16:39 John Constable (Alkworld)
36. 00:17:24 Dan Mueller (Team Suessem)

9. 9th Stage Gipfelstuermer wins again.
01. 00:00:00 Oscar Oliveira (Gipfelstuermer)
03. 00:01:44 William Turner (Alkworld)
04. 00:01:47 Orlando Salazar (Liquigas-CND)
05. 00:01:47 Pyotr Kalashnikov (Liquigas-CND)
06. 00:01:47 Godwin Ligo (SV Furpach)
07. 00:01:57 Mirko Pesch (Team Suessem)
09. 00:01:58 Wladislaw Stojanow (Herakles)
13. 00:02:29 John Constable (Alkworld)
18. 00:02:35 Boris Jansen (Rasmussenbank)
26. 00:02:52 Dan Mueller (Team Suessem)

So after the 9th Stage the GC was looking bad for Liquigas-CND.
Orlando Salazar is approx. 34 Seconds behind Turner and more than 8 minutes behind Constable.

10. Stage 10.
Winner 00:00:00 Paul Pop (spinner)
Favos ended the stage with the same huge delay 1st one being Orlando Salazar with more than 14 min delay (00:14:23 Orlando Salazar (Liquigas-CND))

11. Stage 11. Suessem winning and Climbers get closer but the gap is still big…
01. 00:00:00 Romain Hirschler (Team Suessem)

18. 00:03:34 William Turner (Alkworld)
23. 00:03:34 John Constable (Alkworld)
27. 00:03:34 Boris Jansen (Rasmussenbank)

13. Stage 13: Gipfelstuermer GC favos finish the race in the same group with the winner.
01. 00:00:00 William Washington (Gipfelstuermer)

14. Stage 14: Alk decides to win this stage, it seems he has everything in his hand….but in the meantime Constable losses time
01. 00:00:00 William Turner (Alkworld)
02. 00:00:03 Orlando Salazar (Liquigas-CND)
03. 00:00:12 Wladislaw Stojanow (Herakles)
04. 00:00:12 Mirko Pesch (Team Suessem)
05. 00:00:12 Godwin Ligo (SV Furpach)
08. 00:00:28 Pyotr Kalashnikov (Liquigas-CND)
17. 00:01:33 Boris Jansen (Rasmussenbank)
18. 00:01:33 John Constable (Alkworld)

GC Classment:
Orlando Salazar has abt 35 secs delay on Turner about 5 min and 30 secs delay on Constable.

15. Stage 15: The “mastermind” Alkworld, the manager with the best palmares in RSF decides to instruct CC to drop Turner to help Constable. What was in Alkworld mind? …Nothing. This was the moment when I knew that he can be easily beaten due to his very poor management skills!

01. 00:00:00 Orlando Salazar (Liquigas-CND)
02. 00:00:00 Wladislaw Stojanow (Herakles)
03. 00:00:00 Godwin Ligo (SV Furpach)
04. 00:00:00 Mirko Pesch (Team Suessem)
06. 00:00:28 Pyotr Kalashnikov (Liquigas-CND)
08. 00:01:38 William Turner (Alkworld)
09. 00:01:38 John Constable (Alkworld)
11. 00:01:38 Boris Jansen (Rasmussenbank)

16. The 40 KM TT was easily won by Guido Magoni (Team Suessem)
FAVOS ENDED THE RACE WELL BEHIND MAGONI.
11. 00:03:42 Boris Jansen (Rasmussenbank)
15. 00:04:36 John Constable (Alkworld)
20. 00:05:08 Orlando Salazar (Liquigas-CND)
22. 00:05:15 Mirko Pesch (Team Suessem)
42. 00:06:15 William Turner (Alkworld)

17. Alk wins stage 17 with Turner. Constable again losing time.

01. 00:00:00 William Turner (Alkworld)
02. 00:00:03 Godwin Ligo (SV Furpach)
03. 00:00:03 Orlando Salazar (Liquigas-CND)
04. 00:00:10 Wladislaw Stojanow (Herakles)
05. 00:00:10 Mirko Pesch (Team Suessem)
14. 00:01:31 Boris Jansen (Rasmussenbank)
15. 00:01:31 John Constable (Alkworld)

GC after stage 17:
Constable still leader
Orlando Salazar has a delay of approx 3 minutes and 17 secs
William Turner has a delay of approx.. 5 minutes and 10 secs

18. Billy Kerr-Schartner Bombe wins the 18th stage , Turner finishes 1 sec ahead Orlando Salazar during this stage and Constable losses 2 min.

What Alk did during this stage was so funny… He let Suessem and Furpach go in escape knowing that their climbers are in good position in GC after dropping Turner during the stage 15.

I decided to start riding and siebing hard with Pyotr on Colada de Ozalba then guess what happened on Colada de Hoz and after? … Furpach and Suessem seemed to enjoy to make Constable lose more time and simply rode like hell because I gave them what they wanted….I gave them Alk, nicely “cooked” on a white plate and they started to “eat” everything.
The question is what was in Alk mind? Nothing of course.

01. 00:00:00 Billy Kerr (Schartner Bombe)
09. 00:02:24 William Turner (Alkworld)
10. 00:02:25 Orlando Salazar (Liquigas-CND)
11. 00:02:31 Mirko Pesch (Team Suessem)
12. 00:02:31 Godwin Ligo (SV Furpach)
13. 00:03:21 Wladislaw Stojanow (Herakles)
14. 00:03:38 Jagdev Ananad (Herakles)
25. 00:04:32 Boris Jansen (Rasmussenbank)
26. 00:04:32 John Constable (Alkworld)

GC after stage 18:
John Constable (Alkworld) 00:00:00 still leading but climbers are close.
Orlando Salazar (Liquigas-CND 00:01:10
Mirko Pesch (Team Suessem) 00:02:25
William Turner (Alkworld) 00:03:19

19. Stage 19 goes to Antoine Didillon (Team Suessem).

Huge escape including 2 Liquigas riders and 2 Alkworld riders.
I chase slowly and after Alto de la Falla de los Lodos my fresh rider from escape goes back in the peloton to help Orlando…that was an unfortunate click…

On Alto de San Martin, Turner attacks, Orlando Salazar does not try to block or follow…guess why? Just to make Alk feel better cause for sure he could not sleep since the day when he asked CC to drop Turner or after stage 18 
Turner ends with his fresh teammate in front and Orlando Salazar with his exhausted teammate Carlo Genovese.
This way Orlando losses 57 secs but everything is under control and I will have the opportunity to scatter Alk’s hope during the stage 20 

Stage 19 classification:
01. 00:00:00 Antoine Didillon (Team Suessem)
11. 00:04:30 William Turner (Alkworld)
12. 00:04:30 Martin Chambi (Alkworld)
