bah....bad...no...very bad stage yesterday for me...my only chance will be, that serrano work on his mountain skill....
now i think that poison will make it.

I'm very satisfied, never expected to see Saban leading the GC during the GIRO. Yesterdays stage and the stage the day before worked out very well for me. Let's see how long Saban can stay in "Maglia Rosa". I'm conviced that Saban won't give it to somebody freely. You will have to cut it off his back.

Neutro announced not to be there for todays stage. I'm not sure if Strohhut likes to control the race. He could make up some sprint points even he maybe won't be able to achieve a mass sprint. I hope somebody feels responsible for not allowing a group to go through with 35 minutes, forcing the peloton into auto-tempo...

If both of them are not here for real, i will do my part of course. with some others together.

There is no question, I will also do my part (without crashing my team). I think under this conditions teams with top5 GC-chances are in charge.

Hallo die Galas 1 bis 5!

bis jetzt habe ich verstanden, dass man Mehrfahrlogins und Teilnahme an Rundfahren ausschliessen wollte. Heute habe ich doch erfahren müssen, dass dies doch indirekt möglich ist, somit sollte es man doch sofort freigeben.

Natürlich macht man Fehler:
- man hatte nie einen Mentor
- man schreibt wenig während eines Rennes
- dadurch ist man nicht im Club der 452 Beiträge

Bei einigen hätte ich eine gewisse Fairness - den Anordnungen von Los Gala.. - zu widerstehen. Leider scheint dieses Spiel nicht den Sinn zu haben, die Mitgliederzahl in diesem Spiel zu erhöhen.

Unabhängig von dieser Etappe, meine weitere Beteilgung steht sowie unter eine großen ? - da ich sowie nach meiner ersten GT pleite bin.

Die Idee dieses Spiels war sicherlich ok!

Ansach, auch ich schreibe nicht viel im RC und bin nicht im Club der 452 Beiträge. Nur solltest du mal einsehen, dass man für gute Kapitäne ein Team um sie herum aufbauen sollte. Anders rum wird man mit solchen Konsequenzen leben müssen wie du heute und vor ein paar Tagen. Du kannst nicht erwarten, dass man auf dich Rücksicht nimmt und für dich die Lücken zufährt. Galas Attacke auf das Weiße Trikot war gut, hatte Klasse und tat am Anfang weder Hypo, noch Luna, noch mir weh. Deswegen auch unsere Entscheidung dich nicht weiter zu ziehen und selbst zu attackieren. Dass ich gerade zu diesem Zeitpunkt ein I-net problem hatte, war Pech. Somit habe ich auch einiges eingebüßt und muss jetzt zusehen wie ich es wieder ausbügel. Warum wir es so gemacht haben? Weil wir irgendwann auch mal von Gala abhänging sein werden im Kampf um irgend ein Trikot und dasselbe einfordern werden.

Deine Enttäuschung oder auch Wut in der Bewertung auszuleben zeigt nur schlechte Verliererqualitäten. Zieh deine Lehre daraus und mach es besser das nächste Mal. Du fährst gar nicht mal übel, nur die Teamzusammenstellung hinkt. Wir haben fast gleichzeitig mit RSF angefangen, du 2 Tage später als ich. Haben fast die selbe Anzahl von Rennen, da solltest du schon genug Teams gesehen haben und wie man ein Team zusammensetzt. Entweder hast du es ignoriert, oder es hat dich bis jetzt immer einer gezogen. Je höher du in den Divisionen steigst, und je wichtiger das Rennen oder die Rundfahrt wird, desto dünner wird die Luft. Bau ein Team auf.

BTW, es ist nie zu spät für einen Mentor. Ich hatte von Anfang einen, eine der Besseren denke ich, und es hat mir sehr geholfen.

Uhh, ok Steel hat eigentlich alles gesagt, war etwas unglücklich heute für dich, aber es war leider auch mehr als erwarten, dass ich deine Schwäche ausnutze. Ich hatte natürlich Glück, weil die anderen mir diese Chance eingeräumt haben, aber wie Steel schon sagt, erhofft man sich sowas auch andersherum irgendwann mal. Du hattest Pech heute und bist an deinem Team gescheitert, welches halt nicht gut aufgestellt ist. Ein mittelmäßiger Klassiker oder etwas mehr Achtung vor dem Berg hätte gereicht und ich hätte meine Attacke gleich abbrechen können. Ich verstehe deine Verärgerung, aber lass das nicht an anderen aus bitte.

Silence, a Giro without any beautiful actions, everybody tries to snuggle with the others. There are only missing some candles and romantic music, isn't it?

You can say it's a little bit boring as well.

But ok, the fight for the GC is still somehow thrilling even if there is no action in it.

It's simply not each stage well suited for action packed suicidal attacks 3 mountains from the finish. Those maneuvers take place usually in the later stages of a grand tour, when everybody knows exactly what position to venture and what to expect in case of getting through with it.

If you refer to RSF specific sending out some support riders on the atack before each little rise in the profile, than I find it rather pleasantly that we don't have that too much in our Giro. Until now I tried to keep an eye on those things, not allowing too big puller groups to get away or raising the tempo when approaching a hill. That might suppress those actions a bit, as far as possible. But the final week has just begun.

Yes you're right but for my opinion its simply to friendly here. I wished to have some more action on the road. Maybe it's only my opinion! Then it is okay as well.
I think everything works to well for the favorites. Nothing spectacular happend up to this moment.

That's what i hoped for my first GT ever, before it started. Now after 2 weeks i'm a little bit disappointed. But this also because im so unsuccessful.

you are not the only one...i exspected more action, too....but if poison controlls everything, it make no sence trying something.at the beginning of the giro i thougth, that poison will be the one, who tries sth, but that changed.if nano had been the one, i would have try something, too

As you see, there was no reason for Poison to to anything extraordinary like attacking early or making the race hard in order to weaken Pablo. He played it quite cool, did what he had to do, but nothing more. After some days of digesting my defeat, I think he could have changed to the higher gears easily, if I would have gotten dangerous for him again, however. I just miss a stage win. Apart from that, 2nd overall is okay for Pablo. And having won the Giro already last year makes it a little bit easier for me, too.

Thanks for the nice 3 weeks. It was not continuous peace in the chat, but it could have been worse. At least not bad for staying 21 days together with the same people in the same room.
